Returns
We want you to be delighted with our products and services, so we provide the simple Patrol Base guarantee: if on receiving your item you are unhappy with your item for any reason then simply send it back to us. We will replace or refund the item.
You can return any item for any reason whatsoever, even if you have just changed your mind, within 14 days of receipt of the order. This is in addition to your rights under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.

Batteries are included and very easy to replace when needed. The optic auto powers off if it has been left on for more than 12hrs too. Another excellent feature is that each lens has been specially sealed in gas to with stand dust and moisture even when fully submerged. A must have optic for any serious shooter and those who never want to worry about the protection of the lenses. This product comes with VIP lifetime warranty that covers absolutely any accidental damage. This covers anything from a drop, being shot at, chewed up by the dog and even in a car or house fire. The only thing you are not covered for is purposeful and cosmetic damage.

Warranty Cover:
No matter who ends up owning this product, you do not need a receipt to claim on warranty when going direct through VORTEX. Alternatively, if you would prefer ourselves to handle any claim, then we would require a proof of purchase from ourselves to avoid any delay. You do not need to keep a paper copy, we can find your original sale from your name and address.
Your new purchase is covered for absolutely any accident that impairs the operation of the product and any feature. Cosmetic damage that does not impair the operation is not covered. Once again, warranty if for life! If the product becomes discontinued then VORTEX will replace your item/s with a newer version completely free of charge.
You are even covered if you decide to custom spray paint over your optics, as long as you haven't gone and sprayed onto your lenses.
