Description

The pistol is constructed with a Polymer frame, and top slide, with an Alloy gearbox. The pistol is powered by electric, with a smaller more compact gearbox than other AEGs, and is fired using air pressure generated by a spring inside the gearbox, meaning that the pistol is not effected by cold, unlike its' Gas Powered counterparts. This Automatic Electric Pistol has the ability to switch between semi-automatic and fully automatic by changing the selector on the side of the slide. The pistol also features a Trigger Lock Safety, which is on the right hand side of the weapon, to prevent accidental discharge.

The grip of the weapon is also textured, meaning you have a better grip on the pistol even when wearing gloves. The integrated ironsights are square styled, and highlighted white for low light shooting conditions. This is the perfect starter skirmish gun, or even for snipers who need a fully automatic sidearm for when an enemy enters their minimum engagement distance.

Special Instructions

To remove the slide from the pistol to install your battery, push in the button at the rear of the slide.

The ASG XP17 is no longer packaged with a battery and charger. You will require a 7.2V 500mAh NiMh battery and an Airsoft AEP charger to use this AEP.

These table can be used as a reference to see if the BB weight you are using will be over acceptable Joulage limits at some Airsoft Sites in the UK. To check if the weight can be used chrono your weapon using the BB you intend to use, and then compare it to the chart.

FPS, Power and Joule Limits can vary from site to site, so please get in touch with where you're going to play with in advance to avoid disappointment.

Suggested limits are based on Joulage Limit rules used Halo Mill: Proving Grounds, with a 350fps limit for Automatic Replicas, 400fps for Semi-Automatic Replicas, and 500fps for Bolt Action Replicas.

In order to check if the BB can be used with your replica chronograph using the weight you wish to use and then compare it against the table.
