Description
A&K has gone completely off the rails this time, or perhaps they're right on track! A classic Winchester that features a modern 12-inch M-LOK handguard... who'd have thought it? With a full metal build and sweet gas-powered bolt action you can fight just like they did in history, as for which point in history, that's up to you!
Starting at the front of the rifle we have the twin barrels, which is where the BBs are fired from (obviously), but also where the gas is inserted, which is from the lower of the two barrels. Gas can be inserted, much like with any gas-actuated Airsoft gun, simply by removing the screw. While the screw has a flathead front indentation, the screw is secured by a ball bearing and can be pulled straight out (you may need some nails for this one if you want to do it quickly).
The barrel itself, like much of the rifle, is constructed from brushed alloy for a smooth and sleek look. Much the original Winchester the barrel measures 12-inches and is conjoined at the front using an alloy loop.
The rifle is loaded using the included loading tool by placing the BBs into the tool and then using the plunger to insert the BBs directly into the barrel.
Whoever built this had the ability to travel through time as we come to the showstopper on the beast. The 12-inch handguard comes complete with M-LOK rail system, which is fully functional at all 8 positions (apart from where the top rail sits... we'll get to that). Each M-LOK section transforms this classic into a cowboy operator's dream, allowing you to attach a whole host of tactical equipment and accessories such as foregrips, torches, optics, you name it!
Not only that but the handguard is constructed from brushed alloy, which is not only sturdy as all heck but feels fantastic to handle; who knew using a C grip on a Winchester of all things would feel this good? The handguard also has the unique feature of having indentations between each of the M-LOK segments to bring out the character even more and really complete the look. Lastly, to add madness to lunacy and to increase the mashup level we have a classic Harris Sling/bipod lug, which lets you attach another piece of historically (in)accurate piece of equipment.
Above the handguard is an 8.5 inch 20mm RIS rail and unlike the Winchesters of old, you can attach the optic or scope of your choice... from any period in history so you can make this mashup an even crazier concoction.
Next up we have the body of the rifle, which features a unique laser-engraved serial number on the left-hand side, which perfectly contrasts the dark brushed alloy. At the front of the body on both sides is a bevel extrusion, which seems to make way for the widened handguard in an eye-catching manner. Staying on the left-hand side we can see a loop extrusion, which features a cavalry sling ring, allowing you to strap this crazy contraption to your back in style. Traditional users of the Winchester would use a single-point sling, but feel free to use any type of sling you fancy. On the right-hand side of the body is the mock shell ejector and while this doesn't perform any function on this Airsoft rifle, it is a nice inclusion for the sake of realism... so to speak.
The hammer is fully functional with regards to the cocking and firing mechanism and features a smooth action as to not interfere with the actual shooting of this oddball piece of kit. The hammer, much like the rest of the real-steel parts of this rifle is smoothly brushed with a sleek finish, with the top of the hammer showcasing a dimpled texture for ease of hammer cocking for those movie style moments.
The base of the rifle is the classic Winchester bolt action. When the rifle is gripped, simply use your rear fingers to cock the rifle by moving them downwards to actuate the lever and then back to prime the rifle. There's no safety on this beauty like in the old days, so be careful in case of any misfires.
The stock is constructed from lightweight but high-density polymer that simulates wood with a fantastically realistic finish. The butt plate is built from alloy with a smooth brushed finish. As with the majority of the rifle, the stock is the classic Winchester shape that fits snugly against your person.
So if you fancy something a little different and fancy yourself something of a kooky gunslinger this Winchester is completely unique and complete with 12 inch M-LOK handguard. With a full metal build and fantastically satisfying gas powered bolt action, this is a solid purchase for all you time travellers.

These table can be used as a reference to see if the BB weight you are using will be over acceptable Joulage limits at some Airsoft Sites in the UK. To check if the weight can be used chrono your weapon using the BB you intend to use, and then compare it to the chart.
FPS, Power and Joule Limits can vary from site to site, so please get in touch with where you're going to play with in advance to avoid disappointment.
Suggested limits are based on Joulage Limit rules used Halo Mill: Proving Grounds, with a 350fps limit for Automatic Replicas, 400fps for Semi-Automatic Replicas, and 500fps for Bolt Action Replicas.

In order to check if the BB can be used with your replica chronograph using the weight you wish to use and then compare it against the table.

If you need to bring some serious firepower to your next skirmish there are few platforms that can rival a 6-shot revolver grenade launcher! The NUPROL Matrix MGL can carry up to 6 40mm MOSCART grenade shells and unleash their payloads in under a second thanks to its revolver-like design, based on the real steel Milkor M32 MGL.
The Matrix is similar to other revolver grenade launchers we have seen in the past but with a few notable improvements. The outer barrel of the Matrix is constructed from aluminium and has a threaded tip, meaning more realistic handling, though we don't think there are any suppressors for this monstrously large thread!
