The HOP Unit is without a doubt the most important vital part of getting your BBs to reach out as far as possible, and is subject to lots of personal preference, experience and experimentation. There's lots to know with regards to HOP Units so its best to do plenty of research and/or ask others what they've had success with. There are many different types of HOP Units, which all offer a different level of precision over the adjustments you can make, and of course many different types of assemblies for different Gearboxes. When looking at HOP Rubbers/Buckings be sure that you're buying the correct type for your HOP Unit with regards to the type, hardness and ammo choice you have made.
