EU Postage: THE TUNNEL IS CLOSED, EU Delivery Suspended for 48h
As of 21/12/2020 the French government have suspended travel between UK and France for at least 48h, meaning that parcels cannot be routed to the rest of the EU.
This means that unfortunately, we cannot send any parcels to the EU for the next two days. We have temporarily disabled postage to non UK and the Republic of Ireland addresses until the issue is resolved.
This will potentially affect all EU orders placed after 13:00 on Friday 18th December.
Your tracking number will provide the most up to date information regarding your order so please check that for any updates before emailing as that is all the information we can provide at this time.
Any orders which have not been dispatched will be held by us until the issue is resolved.
Sorry for any inconvenience caused.
Following the decision by the French government to close the border with the UK, we have no choice but to suspend our European Services to continental Europe and the Republic of Ireland with immediate effect.
With regret, we are requesting our customers not to send any parcels on our service to either Europe or the Republic of Ireland until further notice. We are also disabling these services on our shipping systems.
At this stage we do not know how long these services will be unavailable for, but we will provide regular updates as the situation changes.
We expect this temporary ban to remain active for at least 48 hours, but will keep an eye out for any changes.
