Description
The M66 50 round magazine can be loaded through the feed/loading port on the front of the magazine using a standard Airsoft speed loader or loading rod. The magazine is constructed from polymer with added surface texture inside the waffle pattern on the exterior, granting impressive grip which will be very useful if things get wet and muddy. The magazine has an extended baseplate, making it easy to grab from pouches, or remove from your rifle in those 'emergency reload' situations.
This magazine uses a spring to feed the BBs in a similar manner to a standard low/medium capacity mag and is sized to fit 7.62mm magazine pouches such as those for M14, G3, and SR25/AR10 AEGs. That said, this magazine is slightly shorter than the standard 7.62 AEG mag, and incredibly light, making it easy to pack plenty on a small belt rig optimised for sniping.
