The Tappet Plate is a woefully underrated part in the Airsoft Gearbox and is responsible for controlling the motion of the Air Nozzle, and is controlled by the turning of the gears due to a raised part of the Sector Gear manually operating it as it spins. Tappet Plates are Gearbox specific - so you will need to purchase the right part - and must be of a high manufacturing quality as any defect can affect placement of the Air Nozzle by fractions of a millimeter, causing a loss in power or feeding issues.
