The Magpul PTS scout mount is designed to connect directly onto any MOE hand guard, providing an attachment point for weapon lights, or other accessories that fit onto a standard 20mm rail. A useful extra feature of this mount is that it provides a 'gas pedal' style thumb rest for your forward hand, giving you additional grip options to aid comfort over long periods.
