Airsoft Price Matching

1 - About

Here at Patrol Base we try to be more transparent about our Pricing, which is why we don't usually offer Discount Codes, you know the price you see is the price you're going to pay. However, if you find a Product cheaper elsewhere we will be more than happy to match its price.

We can price match the price of any product as long as:

  • The Company is a UK Trading Company.
  • The Company is VAT Registered.
  • The Company Is not Amazon
  • The Product is in Stock.
  • The Price match is done before the Purchase is made.
  • The product is at it's regular selling price, and not on sale, or a special offer.

We try to check pricing as often as possible, but we sometimes miss things! If you find the product cheaper somewhere else please let us know!

2 - Organising the Price Match

To organise the price match there are a few choices, you can organise the Price Match via Email, or Phone, you will be send a code to discount a product the the price matched value, this is why price matching must be done BEFORE you make any purchase. 

2.1 - Ordering over the Phone

If you are ordering over the phone we can organise the Sale and Price match there and then, as long as the cost of the order is under £150.

If the order is over £150 we can send a code via email to discount the product to the price matched value

Organising via Email

If you would like to organise the Price Match via email, please E-Mail our sales department via our Contact Us Page, using the contact box at the bottom of the page.

In these types of cases we can manually create the Sale and send you a Payment Request via PayPal. Or send a code to discount the product to the price matched value 

Please note, that we reserve the right to refuse the price match, though this rarely happens. This usually happens when the matched price is below our cost price for the item, which usually means the competitor is selling the product at a huge loss.
