This means the addition of comfortable, modern furniture and 20mm rails for the addition of accessories. Description

This electric powered Airsoft gun is a highly realistic replica of the RPK-16 platform Squad Automatic Weapon, which offers a Sliding/Folding Stock, as well as ergonomic furniture to make it comfortable and easy to use in the field. A full course of modernisation has gone into this weapon platform which makes it useful in pretty much any scenario, and the addition of a 20mm railed handguard is a welcome treat for those who want to deck it out with all the tactical bells and whistles. It also comes supplied with a 2000rnd Drum Magazine (it wouldn't be an LMG without one!), which has Electric Winding, so you can focus on the fight before you, rather than worrying about feeding enough BBs into the Gun.

The core of the rifle is a Stamped Steel receiver which makes the whole platform incredibly tough, and serves to make the replica incredibly realistic as this process is used to manufacture the real AK platform rifles. It also leaves stamping marks and an oily residue which is a friendly reminder of just how well built this replica is. The outer barrel assembly and flash hider are also made from Steel to ensure a rock solid and wobble-free experience. The handguard, pistol grip and stock are made from a tough, high density Polymer which feels great in the hands. The handguard is a 20mm railed design which offers short side rails as well as top and bottom rails for you to create any layout you can dream up. The pistol grip is an ergonomic design which is very comfortable in the hand, and the stock is a design unique to the later AK series rifles which offers multiple positions as well as a folding function for easy transport or storage. To fold the Stock, just press the Button on the rear/side of the Receiver and push it to the side. Press the spring-loaded release bar inside the back of the Receiver to unfold it again. The dust cover helpfully features a 20mm rail which will allow you to easily install sights/scopes without having to mess around with adapters or aftermarket parts; this thing is ready to be customised right out of the box.

The replica is top wired, and has a Mini Tamiya connector underneath the dust cover. To access, you must lift up the sliding pin at the fore of the dust cover (to a maximum of 90° - moving it too far will not let it release) and pull it out, which will allow the dust cover to lift off. Reverse this process to replace the dust cover. We recommend the use of a slim 7.4v stick LiPo to fit underneath. The Stock is easily manipulated like any other Sliding Stock, using the trigger to slide it to new positions. To fold the Stock just press the button on the rear of the Receiver and fold it into the closed position. To open it again, pull down on the spring loaded tab at the hinge and open it up again. The Ironsights are based at the rear of the rifle, and are easily adjustable for windage and elevation, allowing you to make quick corrections in the field to account for changes in the wind, or to reach out accurately to further targets. The Fire Controls are as you would expect from any AK platform replica, and will be familiar to anyone who has used an AK before. The Ambidextrous Magazine feature is retained on this Rifle, which will be welcome news to any left handed players who struggle to adapt to right handed rifles. The HOP is adjusted via a Slider which can be found behind the Charging Handle; simply pull it back to access and make adjustments. The Flash Hider at the end of the Barrel can be removed (grub screw needs removing) to reveal a 14mm CCW Thread, which can be used to install Suppressors, Tracer Units and other Muzzle Devices, such as the PBS-4. The front of the Rifle features traditional Sling Loops, whereas the rear has slots for a QD sling point which will be required to run a two/three point sling setup. Internally the rifle features a 9mm bearing Version 3 gearbox, coupled with a CNC Aluminium Piston Head and Cylinder Head, as well as a 22,000RPM motor and 18AWG wiring.

Included in the box is a 2000rnd Drum Magazine which offers Electric Winding, and is powered by 3 x AA Batteries. It is filled from the top Fill Window just like any High Cap Magazine, and when installed with Batteries, will wind the Magazine whenever the lever on the front is held. To install the Batteries in the Magazine, unscrew the retaining nut on the back face of the Magazine and remove the entire panel. Inside you will see neatly presented internals, as well as a AA Battery Cradle. If you're looking for an extremely realistic and solid LMG / Assault Rifle, made from proper materials and performing excellently out of the box, then the LCT LCK-16 AEG is perfect for you.

Joule Charts

Special Instructions

These table can be used as a reference to see if the BB weight you are using will be over acceptable Joulage limits at some Airsoft Sites in the UK. To check if the weight can be used chrono your weapon using the BB you intend to use, and then compare it to the chart.

FPS, Power and Joule Limits can vary from site to site, so please get in touch with where you're going to play with in advance to avoid disappointment.

Suggested limits are based on Joulage Limit rules used Halo Mill: Proving Grounds, with a 350fps limit for Automatic Replicas, 400fps for Semi-Automatic Replicas, and 500fps for Bolt Action Replicas.

Tap the tabs below to open the relevant chart for your replica.

Suggested limits are based on Joulage Limit rules used Halo Mill: Proving Grounds, and is the equivalent of 350fps, using 0.20g BB resulting in an upper limit of 1.14j.
