This Upper and Lower Receiver Set is an original replacement part for the APS ASR series M4/AR15 AEGs but may also fit other gearboxes, though it may require modification. The set includes an alloy upper and lower receiver, a bolt catch, charging handle, a magazine release, trigger guard, a steel dust cover and steel body pins. If you are building a spare upper for your APS ASR AEG this would be a perfect fit, but could also be used to add a touch of metal to a polymer M4/AR15 as long as you are okay with potentially undertaking modifications.

Description
This receiver set includes all of the trim parts one might expect to find on an M4/AR15 receiver, and also sports laser engraved markings on the magazine well and across the right side of the upper. The magazine well markings read "SPECIAL PURPOSE RIFLE" with an APS logo and "Cal. 6mmx45" and "ER21S 106869 G" beneath. The marking on the right side of the upper reads "APS (logo) CONCEPTION".
This receiver is a standard M4/AR15 style receiver, making it suitable for the vast majority of builds, and is a great alternative to the swiss cheesed receiver on many competition-styled APS M4/AR15 AEGs if you ever want to change up the looks. As mentioned, this kit can also be installed on a polymer M4/AR15 AEG to replace its polymer receiver for added realism, though it may require modification for some gearboxes. The rear of the body is not cut out for a quick change spring system, so you may still be able to fit a quick change spring gearbox but you will have to remove the gearbox from the receiver to change the spring.
This part is intended for advanced users only and anyone buying this receiver to install on a non-APS M4/AR15 AEG should be ready to potentially modify parts for a clean fit. This set includes all of the M4/AR15 controls and pins but does not include the mock bolt plate.
