1 - Main

We deliver from Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays, and can offer Saturday Service on request (depending on availability in your area).

We will attempt to dispatch all packages within 24 hours, although at peak times this may take slightly longer. Orders with products with special Requirements such as a Workshop Service, two-tone service or Defence Check may take longer to dispatch.

If more than 7 days have passed since we confirmed dispatch and your order has not arrived, then please get in touch with our Customer Services Team through our Contact Us Page

Please note that the Couriers deliver Monday to Friday approximately between 7am and 6pm, except for bank holidays. We do not directly control the Couriers and cannot organise a specific delivery time for individual orders, however you will receive a tracking email once your order has been collected by the courier.

Please note that delivery may be delayed by extreme weather and events, such as snow or motorway closures, at the discretion of our Couriers. Once the package has left our Warehouse we no longer have control of the package, however we can contact the Courier on your behalf should intervention be required.

If we don’t have stock of an item then we will call and email you letting you know that it is out of stock, and we will send it to you as soon as stock becomes available. If you want to cancel any items that are out of stock on your order we will happily refund you. 

We always look to fulfil every order in full on time, but on the odd occasion an item is missing we will attempt to contact you prior to shipping. If your order is a Next Day service, and we cannot contact you, we will typically refund the missing item(s), and ship the rest of the order immediately, however on occasion we may choose to hold your order while we await contact with you.

Upon signing for the delivery you are accepting the order is correct and in good condition, however, we do understand that you might not be able to open your package straight away as such we allow up to 48 Hours for you to advise us of missing / incorrect items.

Please note we do not compensate in any way for time spent waiting in for deliveries even if they do not arrive, we do however accept that in life, mistakes and circumstances happen that can unfortunately mean that your item may not be delivered on time as requested e.g. bad weather, computer error etc. If such mistakes do occur we will look to resolve the issue as quickly as possible and may also look to refund your postage charge in full.

Please note that if there is no-one available to sign for the delivery and the delivery fails on 2 or more occasions then additional charges may be incurred for any further delivery attempts.


2 - Postage Speed and Cost

The cost of your delivery will be added to your Order Total. You can select your preferred method of delivery from the options displayed at the Checkout.

Please select the correct option for your country to ensure that you order is not delayed.

We reserve the right to adjust shipping methods and costs, we will hold your parcel and contact you should this be required.

2.1 - Estimated Speed and Cost

You can easily calculate your Estimated Postage Speed through your Cart once you have added the items you wish to purchase.

To calculate a rough delivery cost first add items to your Basket, then navigate to your Cart.

Enter your delivery post code into the Estimated Delivery Cost Box, and press Calculate.

The best possible delivery method will be shown in the Summary Box, and will display the Estimated Delivery Cost and Estimated Delivery Date.

2.2 - Final Speed and Cost

To calculate your Final Delivery Cost and Delivery Speed first add items to your Basket, then navigate to your Cart, and press Checkout Now.

Next enter your Delivery Details, we will now be able to more accurately calculate your Postage Costs and Delivery Times.

Any available Delivery Method will be shown in the Delivery Method Tab. The Delivery Cost will be displayed, along with the Estimated Delivery Date.

2.3 - Next Day Service

Please Note: Next Day Service is a Next Working Day Service. Please order well before 2:45PM to ensure that Next Day courier service can be dispatched. Standard Next day delivery is available for dispatch Moday to Thursday for the same week, with a latest delivery being on Friday. 

If you require your package for the weekend ensure you order before 2:45PM Thursday, for delivery on Friday.

Any Next Day orders made after 2:45PM on Thursday will not be delivered until Monday the following week, and any orders made after 2:45PM Friday will not be delivered until Tuesday the following week, (excluding Bank Holidays).

Unfortunately, we cannot offer the Next Day Service Option to Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland, Scottish Highlands, Channel Islands and Overseas Territories, as these services can only travel by Sea.

2.4 - Saturday Service

We can organise a special Saturday service to UK Mainland Customers, which will require an additional payment. 

Unfortunately, we cannot offer the Saturday Service Option to Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland, Scottish Highlands, Channel Islands and Overseas Territories, as these services can only travel by Sea.

2.5 - Postage Offers

Running from 10:00am 12/11/18 - 10:00am 19/11/18. Take advantage of free standard delivery shipping on all web orders over £30!

This offer is only available online for UK Mainland addresses excluding the Scottish Highlands.

3 - Products with Special Postage Requirements

3.1 - Krylon and other Spray Paint

Please note that we cannot ship Krylon and Spray Paint to none EU countries. We also cannot ship fewer than 4 cans outside of the UK, and can ship no fewer than 2 cans to Northern Ireland

If we require additional postage we will contact you via Phone or Email to arrange the additional payment, this typically applies to Northern Ireland deliveries and the Scottish Highlands which require a Special Courier Service.

3.2 - Gas, Green Gas, Propane, Jet Boil Fuel and Other Compressed Gas

Please note due to limitations set in place by UK and EU Laws we can only send Gas, Green Gas, Propane, Jet Boil Fuel, and other Compressed Gasses through organised Courier Services. This could mean that there will be additional postage costs to locations outside of the UK Mainland, and we cannot offer any less than a two day outside the UK Mainland. 

When ordering, please ensure you select the location you are ordering from correctly and hit calculate postage costs, should extra postage fees be required we will contact you via phone an as soon as possible to arrange payment.

3.3 - Pyrotechnics and other Explosives

Please note that we cannot Ship Pyrotechnics and other Explosive materials due to strict Rules set in place by our Courier Services. If you would like to purchase Pyrotechnics they are still available In Store.


4 - Imports and Exports

Please note, it is the responsibility of the purchaser to ensure the legality of importation into their own country. 

We have lots of experience with exporting around the world, and are familiar with most laws, though these could change at any time, so always check with your local authority before ordering. 

If we spot a problem with your order which requires confirmation we will always hold the parcel, though we cannot accept or hold any responsibility whatsoever for goods ordered which are then seized by Customs Officials or Airport Authorities in the UK or any other Country. 

If goods are seized, destroyed, damaged through inspection or confiscation in any instance, we accept no responsibility and will offer no form of refund, replacement or credit.

If the goods are returned to us by the seizing authority we will be able to refund you for the payment of the goods, but not the shipping costs, minus any fines, fees, or charges imposed by that authority for handling the return of the goods. 

We will issue any refunds only once the products are received and checked by ourselves.

5.1 - How can I contact you?

5.2 - What is the cut-off point for next working day service?

The cut-off point for next working day service is 2:45pm, please order before this time to ensure we can process the delivery before our courier arrives.

5.3 - Is Saturday delivery available?

Yes, we do allow for a Saturday delivery, however it is costly. A standard Saturday delivery can cost between anywhere between £20-£50 plus dependent on location and weight. Please contact us beforehand so we can check availability and arrange a price for you.

5.4 - Do you deliver to Northern Ireland / Scottish Highlands / Channel Islands?

Yes we do deliver to Northern Ireland, the Scottish highlands and offer limited deliveries to the Channel islands, however we cannot offer Next Day service to those locations and may require additional postage cost. 

If an additional postage cost applies to your order we will contact you via your supplied phone number or email.

5.5 - I am ordering Krylon Spray Paint, what special rules apply to the postage of these items?

When ordering Krylon it is important to note that we cannot ship fewer than 4 cans outside of the UK, and less that 2 cans to Northern Ireland, this is due to rules for transportation of pressurised containers with our courrier service. 

We also cannot ship Krylon to non-EU countries. We apologise for any inconveniences caused.

5.6 - How do I track my parcel?

You will receive a Tracking Email from your selected Courier Service once the parcel has been collected from our Warehouse.

If you would like to check the status of your parcel whilst it is still with us please see your Order History which is found on your Account Page.

If you are worried about the status of your parcel, or it is taking longer to arrive than you expected, please feel free to get in contact with us via the Contact Us Page.

5.7 - Where do you deliver to?

Postage Pricing varies from place to place, and can be looked up using the Estimate Delivery Cost Tab in the Cart.

Please note that EU (Europe) delivery may be subject to a Fuel Surcharge of 6.8%, however, we will contact you if this is required.
