Description
Supplied in a pack of 3, the PTS Enhanced Pistol Shockplate presents great value when compared to a replacement magazine, or even replacement standard baseplates, which many of us know, get broken all the time! The shock plates are constructed in a robust and considerate manner, with the lower portion of the plate comprised of impact-resistant rubber, intended to take the shock of any inadvertent drop, protecting the delicate internals of the magazine from damage.
The upper portion is constructed from a rigid high-density polymer, meaning the fit will be perfect on the vast majority of Hi-Capa magazines, and there is no chance of being able to simply peel the plate off as you might with a full rubber alternative. The bottom of the shockplate also features a dot-matrix, similar to those found on PTS magazines, allowing you to number your magazines for identification. The polymer portion of the shockplate is cast in red, allowing your dropped magazine to be visible and easy to retrieve, even in dense woodland. The set is also supplied with 3 magazine follower bases, intended to provide a better fit with the shockplates, though these may not be required for installation on some Hi-Capa 5.1 GBB magazines.
