AGM 002 L96 Bolt Action Sniper Rifle

This Airsoft Sniper Rifle is powered by a spring and is a bolt action design which needs to be cocked for each shot. It comes separated into two parts in the box and needs very minor assembly. To put it together insert the Receiver into the Stock with the Barrel angled upwards at first, then push it level being careful of the Trigger Assembly. Once the two halves are together use the included Allen Key to secure the two integrated bolts on the underside of the Stock. We advise tightening the bolts until they are hand tight but avoiding overtightening them as this can damage the cylinder and render the rifle inoperable. 

To load the replica just use a Speedloader to fill the magazines with BBs, insert the magazine into the magwell and then work the bolt manually to load each shot, ensuring it clicks to the rear with each pull. Be sure to pull your bolt straight, as a lifetime of ragging it to one side can cause bolt issues in any Sniper Rifle. The top of the Receiver has a 20mm Receiver Rail which is ready for Scopes/Sights to be installed. 

The AGM 002 has an adjustable HOP unit which is controlled by a Slider at the front of the rifle, neatly exposed from the Handguard for easy adjustments in the field. There are Sling Points at the Front & Rear of the rifle to allow for easy carry when you are using your sidearm, just make sure you get a nice strong sling!

The Stock can be adjusted for length by removing the Butt Pad and adding/removing the spacers on the stock. The Cheek Pad can also be adjusted by loosening the Allen Bolts, moving the Pad into position and then tightening the Allen Bolts again. The front of the rifle has a Harris Style Bipod Lug, and a traditional L96 Adapter Lug to accept a 20mm RIS adaptor.

The Outer Barrel is threaded underneath the cap (the supplier has warned that these can be very tight from new), and can accept the AGM 002 Thread Adapter to install 14mm CCW Muzzle Devices to the rifle. The Trigger is surprisingly pleasant on this model, with an early and quite soft break. There is a Trigger Lock Safety just to the side of the Bolt. Included in the box are 3 x Magazines, a Speedloader, Allen Keys and the two halves of the rifle itself. Special Instruction 

When assembling the 002 L96 Bolt Action Sniper Rifle it is important that the rearmost screw in the stock is not over tightened. We suggest tightening the screw until it is hand tight but not cranking it down as this can often cause damage to the cylinder and render the rifle inoperable.
