Umarex Beretta M9A3 CO2 GBB Pistol

Introducing the Umarex fully licensed Beretta M9A3 CO2 Gas blowback pistol, a great example of the latest and greatest from the Italian gun gods Beretta, but in a form with which you can shoot at your mates without killing them!

The Umarex M9A3 features full metal slide and polymer frame construction -  If you want a sidearm you damned well know is in your hands, this is the one! Its weight may seem like a downside, but the solid construction paves the way for its power source, CO2. Using a 12g CO2 bulb housed in the magazine, this thing will make noise and kick like a mule and keep doing so well into the winter months, with no worries about its longevity as it was designed from the ground up to use CO2.

Starting from the tip, we have a knurled thread protector which covers a 14mm CCW thread, enabling you to mount Suppressors and Tracers if you wish. The slide is perfectly finished in matt Coyote Tan, matching precisely with the real M9A3, and features practical and highly visible white dot iron sights. Towards the rear of the slide, you will find the ambidextrous safety lever which grants increased usability for left-handed users. The lower frame, finished in a slightly lighter tan colour in line with the real M9A3 features a machined-in Picatinny rail on the dust cover, allowing lights and lasers to be added in a stable fashion. The pistol grip front-strap features machined in gripping surfaces, and when combined with the textured high-density polymer grips, ensures you will have a firm grasp of your pistol in all conditions. The M9A3 also features various ergonomic enhancements over the original M9, with the extended beaver-tail and improvements to the grip angle, encouraging a natural but effective hold over the pistol. The improved trigger guard features a cut to allow the trigger finger of the support hand to rest on the trigger guard, allowing the use of a "European grip" on the pistol. The extended magazine catch is more accessible but designed in such a way that it is very difficult to accidentally release the mag. On the bottom of the pistol's frame, you will find a sturdy metal lanyard loop. I cannot overstate how important a lanyard is for woodland skirmishes, especially if you do your share of crawling. By using this thoughtful feature, you can avoid having to search the leaf litter for your well-camouflaged pistol after it falls out of the holster!

The internals of the Umarex M9A3 are equally impressive. With every part uprated to withstand the use of CO2 and an effective adjustable hop unit under the slide, this pistol is not just a looker. One of the nice features built into the Beretta design is the outer barrel, which does not move when the pistol cycles. This means that adding a suppressor or tracer should not affect the cyclic rate of your M9A3, unlike a Glock or Sig equivalent. Just like the real M9, this pistol features a double-action/ single-action trigger, meaning you can holster this replica with the hammer down, draw and fire without having to rack the slide. You also have the option of carrying it 'cocked and locked', with the hammer cocked and safety on, giving you flexibility in how you would prefer to carry the pistol. The noise and recoil from this replica are very impressive, rivalling a Desert Eagle replica, and have to be seen to be believed.
