Description

This Airsoft Electric Pistol is a replica of the Military Armament Corporation Model 10, or the MAC-10 for short. It is a compact Machine Pistol that was seen chambered in either .45ACP or 9mm and has seen use all over the world, namely in the Vietnam War by Special Forces.

This AEP is powered by a 7.2v 500mAH AEP battery which is included in the box, along with an EU Pin Charger so that you can use it straight away once you have given the battery a full charge and sourced some BBs. The battery is installed in the front of the gun (check the connector to ensure you're inserting it the right way around), which is accessed by putting the gun on safe (MUST be on safe) and pushing the Alloy pin at the front of the receiver. Once this pin has been pushed, the muzzle assembly of the gun should pull away from where you can access the battery connector. To remove the battery, pull on the Polymer tab to lift the battery out again. The magazine is a wheel-wound high capacity design that holds a total of 400 BBs. To fill the magazine, open the fill window at the top of the mag and pour your BBs in. Insert the magazine into the gun and wind the wheel on the bottom of the mag to start feeding BBs into the chamber.

The folding stock functions as per the real thing, and is opened by first unfolding the butt pad by squeezing the arms together and unfolding it. The entire assembly can then be slid backwards by pressing the button on the underside rear of the receiver and pulling it until it locks at the rear. Reverse the process to close it again. The included suppressor is proprietary to the MAC-10 and easily threads onto the front of the gun by twisting it clockwise. Whilst it is a mock suppressor, it does slightly dampen the muzzle report of the gun and make it a tad quieter. The MAC-10 has an adjustable HOP, which is adjusted by pulling back on the charging handle and turning the dial inside the dust cover. This will apply backspin to the BBs as they leave the muzzle and help achieve extra range at the cost of accuracy. The gun has both Semi and Full Automatic fire modes, controlled by the fire selector on the side of the receiver, as well as a trigger lock safety which will block the trigger and prevent the gun from firing. The magazine release can be found at the bottom rear of the pistol grip and needs to be pulled downward to remove the magazine.

FPS, Power and Joule Limits can vary from site to site, so please get in touch with where you're going to play with in advance to avoid disappointment.

Suggested limits are based on Joulage Limit rules used Halo Mill: Proving Grounds, with a 350fps limit for Automatic Replicas, 400fps for Semi-Automatic Replicas, and 500fps for Bolt Action Replicas.
