Vector Optics Maverick Gen2 1x22 Red Dot Sight S-MIL

If you're after a red dot which is a cut above the rest but not in the "silly money" price bracket, the Vector Optics Maverick Gen2 1x22 Red Dot Sight S-MIL is the ideal choice. Styled after the popular T1/T2 micro red dot sight, the Maverick is pre-fitted with a 20mm Picatinny high mount designed to align with M4/AR-15 iron sights but includes a low mount in the box, ideal for shotguns, AKs, AR-36s and other platforms with a raised top rail.

The Maverick is fully adjustable via its capped turrets, with a turret on top for elevation and a turret on the right to apply windage adjustments. To adjust the reticle position and get perfectly zeroed, simply unscrew the turret caps and use the built-in adjustment tool on the back of each cap to turn the internal dial. The benefit of capped turrets is keeping the internals protected against dust and moisture ingress while preventing accidental adjustments in the event your optic gets snagged on a sling or other kit.

The reticle is a standard 3MOA red dot with 11 brightness settings adjustable by the larger turret on the left side, offering settings for extremely bright conditions and low-light. The lowest brightness settings are so dim they are even compatible with NVGs, so don't be worried if you can't see the reticle with the MK.1 eyeball! The battery compartment is inside the illumination adjustment turret; simply unscrew the cap to install your CR2032 3V Button Cell (not included) and get shooting!

Rated shock-proof, fog-proof and water resistant, the Maverick is even capable of withstanding the recoil of many real steel firearms. If you're running a hard-recoiling GBBR and are worried about whether your zero will last, you can be confident that once set, the Maverick reticle will stay put!
