Wondering why VORSK has left the F226 design out when producing fancy pistols? They haven't! Fresh in we have the VP26X Gas blowback pistol, an F226 but not like you've seen before. Complete with a ported slide, fiber optic iron sights and an aggressive compensator with a strike face, you'll be hard-pressed to add anything else to this well-equipped pistol. Description

Introducing the VP26X Gas blowback pistol from VORSK. This is an F226 platform with an ultra-aggressive styling thanks to its pointy and frankly scary looking strike face compensator, slide ports, and weight-reducing grooves machined into the sides of the slide. If you are looking for the "strike face" look, often seen on Hi-capa GBBs, but you prefer a more compact design with more modern controls, the VP26X has what you need!

Starting from the front of the handgun we can see an aggressive "strike face" style compensator, marking this pistol out from other F226 GBBs with a custom look. The compensator includes an extension to the Picatinny rail present on the lower frame/ dust cover, giving you extra space to mount flashlights and lasers, or a vertical foregrip if you want to upset people! At the front of the slide, we can find the green fibre optic sight which enables rapid snap shooting in close quarters when coupled with the red fibre rear right. These sights are super easy to use and acquire, even in low light, making them the next best thing to a red dot sight.

The slide features weight-reducing ports machined in, keeping the pistols slide nice and light and ensuring it returns at a quick pace despite its robust alloy construction. All of the VP26X's controls are on the left side of the gun, meaning this pistol suits a right-handed shooter more so than a wrong-handed shooter, though with a bit of practice you can master lefty use of any firearm (Ian from Forgotten Weapons, anyone?). Above the trigger, we can see the disassembly lever, which can be used to remove the upper slide and outer barrel to reveal the hop adjustment dial, attached to the outer barrel. Worth noting is that the compensator must be removed prior to a field strip via the two Allen screws at the front of the pistol. A field strip is carried out by pulling the slide to the rear, aligning the disassembly lever with the half-moon cutout on the slide, and rotating it clockwise by 90 degrees, after which the slide can be removed towards the front.

The VP26X trigger is of a standard F226 design, with a nice wide contact surface and a curved design to aid the use of the double-action function. To the rear of the trigger, we can see the magazine catch, well designed and accessible without presenting the possibility of accidentally dropping your magazine. Well integrated into the grip of the VP26X we can find the decocking lever and the slide catch. The decocking lever allows you to put a BB in the chamber and then "decock" the pistol safely, which lowers the hammer into a half-cocked position. This allows you to holster the pistol in a ready-to-fire condition with the heavier double-action trigger acting as a safety device. The first shot will take a long pull to fire and the subsequent shots will fire from a light and short single-action pull. A very useful feature for a pistol without a manual safety. This saves you from shooting your own thigh as you draw the pistol, a common problem with single-action pistols *hi-capa COUGH 1911 COUGH COUGH*!

The grip panels mounted to the metal lower frame feature a stippled look with a rubberized coating, granting you excellent control over your pistol, preventing it from slipping out of your grasp in wet weather conditions. The rear of the frame is where we can find the hammer of the VP26X, which is a skeletonized design, rounding off the customised competition stylings of this GBB handgun and letting everyone know this is no normal F226!

If you are looking for something with a little more flair than a standard-issue service pistol but you aren't a Hi-capa or Glock fan, this one is for you! The VP26X combines combat pistol functionality with competition pistol beauty!

Special Instructions

These table can be used as a reference to see if the BB weight you are using will be over acceptable Joulage limits at some Airsoft Sites in the UK. To check if the weight can be used chrono your weapon using the BB you intend to use, and then compare it to the chart.

FPS, Power and Joule Limits can vary from site to site, so please get in touch with where you're going to play with in advance to avoid disappointment.

Suggested limits are based on Joulage Limit rules used Halo Mill: Proving Grounds, with a 350fps limit for Automatic Replicas, 400fps for Semi-Automatic Replicas, and 500fps for Bolt Action Replicas.

Tap the tabs below to open the relevant chart for your replica.
