The KAR98k Steel Scope Rail Mount from Vector Optics mounts to your KAR98k receiver (following modification - see Special Instructions) and provides two slots of Picatinny rail, ideally suited to mounting a rifle scope with separate mount rings. Those of you wanting to mount an optic or torch closer to your handguard without mounting to the handguard itself, you have found your answer.

Attached to M-LOK system, the mount is offset by 45 degrees, meaning the rail is closer to the barrel, and gives you additional flexibility on where you want your rail and subsequent light/optics etc. mounting. A combination scope and side rail 20mm RIS rail mount designed to fit on both Airsoft Electric and Gas type AK Platform weapons which feature a side mount plate.
