Inside the ORION™ V2 gearbox, we are treated to a CNC aluminium nozzle, a CNC aluminium ball bearing piston head, a CNC aluminium cylinder head, a polymer piston with a full steel tooth rack and an ESA quick-change spring guide with ball bearings in its base to reduce rotational force applied to the gearbox shell. The gearset is a steel 18:1 standard ratio example running on 8mm ball bearing bushings, providing a smoother gearbox report and reducing friction to boost the rate of fire.
