An ventilated, alloy constructed replacement base plate for a standard M4 AEG motor base plates in pistol grips. 

Those of you wanting to mount an optic or torch closer to your handguard without mounting to the handguard itself, you have found your answer.

Attached to Picatinny system, the mount is offset by 45 degrees, meaning the rail is closer to the barrel, and gives you additional flexibility on where you want your rail and subsequent light/optics etc. mounting. An advantage of this mounting method is that it makes your device easier to reach and use, as well as limiting obstruction to other accessories.

The rail is a 20mm Picatinny type, measuring roughly 2.25 inches and is attached to Picatinny system using the included screws and Allen key. Featuring aluminium alloy construction, the mount is both tough and lightweight, which will complement any loadout.
