Description
The Lancer Tactical Denix German M24 Stick Grenade is a perfect replica of the iconic German Stielhandgranate, one of the most recognisable infantry weapons of the 20th century. The real stick grenade was around for several decades and came in multiple different models, and this replica is of the most common variant, the M24, which served with the armed forces of the Weimar Republic and later the German Wehrmacht during WWII.
The Denix Stick Grenade is constructed to perfectly match the real thing, other than the lack of explosives, that is! The charge head and bottom cap are both constructed from alloy with an authentic looking antique finish, and the handle is constructed from real wood. On the charge head we can find authentic recessed markings reading "VOR GEBRAUCH SPRENGKAPSEL EINSETZEN" which means "before use, insert detonator". Nice work from Denix, no embarrassing mistakes in the markings!
If you have a WWII Airsoft collection and are looking for some period-accurate accessories to display your guns alongside, this replica stick grenade would be a great choice. This grenade could also be of use to a reenactor with a Wehrmacht, French Resistance or OSS WWII loadout, though you should always ask site management before bringing this hefty boomstick into the field!
