Optisan CP 3-12x32P Variable Rifle Scope

The MH10 reticle is an all-round MRAD(mm) based reticle designed for precision ranging at 10x with uncluttered windage correction reference marks.

The graphic on the right shows the subtensions in MRAD(mm) at 10x. On the upright corner is the blow-up graphic of the centre of the reticle.

The MH10 reticle can also be used to range in other magnifications with calculation as follows:

When the range is at 5x for example, multiply by 2 on all subtension at 10x.

When the range is at 12x for example, divide by 1.2 on all subtension at 10x

To focus the reticle, point the scope at a blank wall or sky (not at the sun!), then rotate the focus ring to get the sharpest possible reticule.

Mounting the Scope

The Optisan rifle scope requires 30mm rings. Included with the scope are a pair of Wulf 1 Inch Low Tactical 30mm mounts, which are extremely high quality to complement the high calibre of the optic. These rings should not be over-tightened or damage may occur. Ensure the rings are high enough to allow the scope objective lens to clear the rifle, but not unnecessarily high as sighting may become difficult.

Resetting on Adjustment Dials

Step 1 : Firmly hold the index dial and remove the centre screw.

Step 2: Lift the index dial off the scope, then orient the index dial to align the zero mark reference line to the reference line on the scope body.

Step 3: Firmly hold the index dial and tighten the centre screw.
