Great customer service with enquires into what kit should be purchased for getting into the sport, there was a slight issue with delivery but the team sorted it very quickly and very professionally, I will 100% be using them again for future purchases.

Excellent communication with Patrol Base one of the items was out of stock and they emailed with alternative options and all items were delivered within a couple of days very pleased
Really good pricing and dispatch times, ordered loads of stuff over the years from PB and have never had an issue. Best of all is the information they provide for each gun, something that most other airsoft retailers really lack.
Postage prices are ridiculous £9.95 for a little chest rig and took 3 days to arrive ....

Ordered with 1-2 day delivery and after 8 days, guns still has not arrived. I’m having to lease with the delivery company as patrol base don’t seem to want too..
Ridiculous service and a bit surprised and never had this from them before.
I’m still waiting for contact back from them after being told they would refund the delivery costs.
After this will not be looking to sue them again

Quick delivery. Only wish also sold the Arcade targets themselves and more SSE18 parts as Novritsch stock very limited for the sole UK distributor and their shipping is a nightmare.
