Speedy delivery

Brilliant bit of kit, however I bought this in the hopes of doing a 7" barrel swap to make this a cqb monster and the barrel nut will not budge. Is it glued on or something? If an Airsoft gunt isn't moddable I feel this should be stated as modding is half the fun.

Always speedy delivery, fair prices generally compared with other uk sites, cannot fault them. Nov anti fog unit works a treat, do not hesitate to purchase if you suffer heavy fogging during game days, this best little device will solve that issue!

Only recently new too Airsoft... But the easiest and most simple way to order what you need and want. Order alot and all of it came early on time. Thumps up for that.

The only issue is the packaging, the packaging is so clunky and too much, small items in huge boxes, especially with the polystyrene pellets.

But otherwise if you want anything Airsoft, this is the place to come.

Service from patrol based itself was easy to use and the order sent on time from themselves. However the delivery company spent 3 days trying to deliver, not including being given the parcel, I paid extra for it to be delivered quicker and it arrived in the normal amount of time instead. No attempted delivery at all, just moved to the day after. Since the logistics company dont work weekends, this was the following week. I needed the items for a game on the weekend so I had to go without. I have to stress though, delivery company was the only issue. When DPD delivered my previous order, it was fine. The parcel also arrived with damaged boxes, but luckily none of the actual items were damaged so I left it at that.

Poor service, paid for 24hr dispatch on several items totaling nearly £500 but took the nearly 3 days to dispatch. When I chased the order after 2 days was told it was being picked and would be dispatched that afternoon, which was a lie.

Normally I cannot fault them and their service but this time they really let themselves down.

Excellent delivery time, rifle came a week early however it had many problems which upset me quite a bit. First of all the handgaurd was extremely out of place and there were many loose screws. It was also a very poor two tone job and I had lots of paint on my barrel and buffer tube. Lots of scratches on the gun itself and even the muzzle

Rather slow and on most times not very helpful replies to enquires and issues.

Very fast Delivery, Great communications.

Second time I've ordered from patrol base and second time I've had issues. The drum mag came after a few days which I was happy with but the shot gun that said it was coming from Poland didn't arrive after the 21 working days so I sent an email.

Told me there was an issue from the warehouse in Poland and I could only purchase something else or take a refund. I ask if it could just be ordered again and was told no unless I repurchased it.

As I said this is the second time I've had issues with my order and has put me off making further purchases.

Very pleased with the order, delivered next day!
