Absoloute joke. Second time i placed this order and been let down again.
First time i got an email saying there was no stock, when i rang up they said that their site doesnt live update for 15 mins and may have actually been no stock when i ordered.

Item came back in to stock 2 weeks later. I ordered and kept an eye on the site, still showing as aviable 24hrs after i posted my order.

Then i get the same email and same bullsh!t excuse. After a weeks wait too

Twice now i missed out on other sites as they are now genuinely out of stock too.

Didnt even get an apology.

Ordered a few products online, each of which were in stock. Paid and told the delivery day is estimated for a Thursday. On Friday I emailed for an update as my parcel hadn't arrived and received no notification of dispatch. I was then told it had not been dispatched and would be that day. Few moments later I was emailed again to be told my item was not in stock. No apology, just an option for a refund. I then had to purchase my item elsewhere and await additional delivery times and have to wait 5 days for my refund. Not the service I am used to with PatrolBase

Items ordered on 26th Jan, email confirming order stated expected delivery Tuesday 3rd February. I called on Tuesday 3rd to ask for an update on my order, I was told that it had not been picked yet. I was able to cancel the order on the same call which was okay, but would rather I had received my order.

Very impressed with the array of options available. The finish on the two tone is clean and neat, and it turned up a little earlier than expected.

The delivery itself was good and despatched on time. I followed up with queries on my order however using there contact form and I recieved no response. The lack of communication is considerably below the level of service provided by other suppliers.

Great bit of kit! Use to struggle to fill my mags up with an Odin but got this and no problems! Using this with a 11.1v lipo works amazing but need to find one that fits inside

Amazing customer support, i made an order and wanted to change it, they changed it quick and simple(one simple phone call) i then placed the new order and it arrives quick. the barrel was in a tube pakage in a big box. so 1000% its defo still stright so i couldnt ask for more! packing amazing- quality of items amazing!-customer support amazing!

I have ordered a couple times from patrol base amd my deliveries have always been amazing products are perfect and all emails have been quick helpful i only wish i lived closer to be able to visit the shop

Great product and service

The gillie suit that I bought is awesome! The reason for the three stars is because I paid for express delivery (24 hours) but didn't recive it until 4 days later. Tehy refunded me the £3 difference but didn't seem too bothered on the phone. It's ashame as it did dampen the buying experience for me. I wouldn't use them if I was in a rush for something for gameday

I inquired about my order, but no one bothered to answer. Good products, but poor customer service.

This is the first review I've left for patrol base but by no means the first purchase or experience. I bought my entire loadout here. This is the place for my airsoft needs. They get every order bang on and delivered quick. I've been to the showroom aswell and it was fantastic. The videos on YouTube. The detailed descriptions. Really good stuff. Top place.

I've been using patrol base for almost a year now and it's a great website. Loads of options when it comes to replicas, attachments, upgrades and clothing. The postage is great too good dispatch and most of the time my orders have arrived earlier than expected. Few weeks ago I had a game day on a Sunday and I had ran out of 0.45g bbs for my sniper so I went on patrol base to order some on the weds and they arrived sat morning. Great website

Ordered gun, it sayed "in stock." Paid for express delivery. Recieved confirmation email. Then a week of silence. I chase up. They say It's out of stock. Asked them how long before they were going to notify me, I get a pre-written email saying "and we notified you as soon as possible." Hilarious. Got given a choice of à refund or similar item. I say refund obviously. 2 days of silence. A different PB email asks me to reply to the first one! I did! I reply to them, they say 5 working days for the refund, appears in my bank after 6. Never using again, recomending against forever.

They seem to get their customers mixed up with their bank when they want a loan. Conveniently, us cusromers can't charge interest, I wish I could.

If this review becomes public I'd be very surprised.

Decent rifles but information on the batch of Specna Arms AEGs we ordered isn't always correct; UK-spec springs were not preinstalled as described.
