One of the bb bags were ripped with bbs everywhere but i got another pack thanks to patrol base.
Hard case wasnt delivered until later. Case is awesome no defects etc.

Brought a few airsoft from PB and they provide a good service always. Will def be back for more airsolft.
Great service all round. An out of stock item was replaced with a like for like, but as this was unsuitable, PB arranged a replacement, with free postage and arranged a refund for the original. PB are my go to, such great service and a brilliant websiet with great content.
Love the rifle, great quality, customer Service excellent, was way on holiday when order was placed, gave the staff the heads up when I was returning, delivered the very next day, a week ahead of the original delivery date. Very happy thank you Patrol base

Very good service !! Great gun ! I had the painted option - didn't take long to recieve !! I realised they left masking tape over front sight ! Now im very happy as the for sight is great !! The finish is brill !! I went for blue and im extremely happy ! I ordered a red sight but it doesn't fit but now I've removed the tape it's not needed anyway 👍

Had a red dot sight but decided to go for this x4 optical as my home club is outdoors. Exactly what I wanted and a clear sight picture to, plus not a bad price.

Very disappointed with how I was treated, if u could give zero stars I would, spoke with someone through email about my order taking longer than a week to arrive after paying the extra for next day delivery and they just didn’t care. They just sent back some generic email that was no help nor did they offer any! Now they are pestering with emails asking to review them!

Upon ordering i was given a date which seemed quite far but they actually delivered it quite quickly(before eta), the product itself is of great quality, for my first gbb purchase i was quite scared it was too powerful, but after shooting a few cardboad boxes and myself I treated it more like a toy, which it is not. Definetly can injure someone so be careful. Eye protection!
The EMG archon type b replica is as close as you can get to the real item in terms of feel and looks, there is some kick but once you get used to it its almost dissapeared. The mag that comes with it i find when warmed up shoots about 20 rounds(the entire mags capacity) nicely without much fuss. Definetly recommend getting more mags if it fits ur budget.

Patrol base is good I am very happy with the packing and my little gift from patrol base. The only issues it was with UPS I didn't receive any updates for my packing when is coming and what time. only I received one message say in" sorry we missing you" and we pay 6 pounds for delivery and doesn't worth at all

I recieved my Jing Gong SMG-5K Compact w- 20mm RIS - RAS Rail. Opened the box, charged battery a little. fit the battery into the back/lock/hook area. Great it doesnt work. I have tried everything. It does not work brand new. I rang up to ask fopr a refund or for any tips. They could offer nothing except "return it for a check over" So not only did I pay £200+ for the product and for purchase. Now it doesnt work brand new I have to play again to send it back for potentoial fixing. They also said I have to buy two tone split with another colour to be able to order that specific product. And whatr do we know - You cannot get refunds on two-tone products. Disgraceful!
