Patrol Base really impressed me as a first time purchaser from them. The items I ordered actually were delivered earlier than stated which was great, packaging was awesome as I ordered a tactical “short” telescopic scope and this was really well protected. Never had any issues with anything I purchased, thanks for lubricating and testing the replicas, just replenish some of the attachments like pistol lasers as the selection isn't great. Some patches or similar would be nice to receive with one of the orders as well.

Never had any problems with any of the items iv ordered.

Wasn’t sent out when it said it would be, had little to no interaction on the whereabouts of my products, asked to change address as I wouldn’t be home, failed to do so and still havnt got my parcels a week later

No point paying for next day delivery as third time in a row its arrived 4-5days after ordering. Called up and just got told they were short of staff… lack of communication is very frustrating.

Easy to use web site, don't agree you have to pay to have it painted 🤔 and it's not very good tbh, I suppose the delivery would be quicker if it wasn't painted but 2 weeks was ok, wouldn't rush to buy again unless I was in a club

The company doesnt seem friendly when calling in for help, and is unwilling to help when someone is offering to put a large order with Patrol Base. As a result this has been put with another company who is willing to help. We were looking to put an order for our team with you, and looking for a new supplier as our previous supplier has closed.

I did have difficulty in opening and switching the mags from 140 to 30 rnds. I ended up going to another company who seemed very pleasant and helpful.

Exactly what I expected.

Purchased a number of guns from Patrol Base . Service is always great , and delivery is quick , especially considering I need all my guns done in the two tone option .
Would definately recommend Patrol Base to anyone looking to purchase an airsoft gun .
