Everything was good apart from the vest, picture and description didn’t match up however I went from the description thinking maybe it was a generic picture.

Patrol base are first class when it comes to reliability in ordering your’ Airsoft gear.
They provide a great service all round, I’d have given 5 stars but there are several Airsoft companies out there who are quite a bit cheaper for buying your kit

Delivered an entirely different gun to the one l ordered ( see photos below).
Customer service is literally not worth a carrot.
After finally getting through to explain their mistake l was told to email them with proof of such but given no address to do so. Then told to print a return label at the post office and return gun. No acceptance of the mistake and no way to show such when sending a random parcel back to them.
I have decided that it is easier to just keep the gun that I DID NOT order rather than messing around.
Very poor service on all counts.

As always, I get very good service from Patrol Base, easy to order on their website at good prices and with prompt delivery. ould strongly reccomend them for all airsof purchases.
