Good service and reliable dispatch

I ordered an item that was "In Stock", paid for it, then got an email a couple of days later to say it was "Out of Stock". That is what they wanted me to review.

Theyre mostly good but a little hit/miss on quality, have been sent wrong/damaged items on one or two occasions but mostly theyre good. Web interface is leagues better in quality than other airsoft retailers.

Can't rate above a 3 unfortunately just on the principle that I've had bad experiences with them, but overall I'd say they're good.

Always good service and decent prices.

This is my first AEG and I am very happy with it. Shoots well out the box, has a nice weight to it being mostly steel. The tactical rails are a great touch and there's enough space on them for a red dot, flash light, foregrip. Definitely recommend this gun to someone looking for a rifle that is good at short and medium distances but won't break the bank. The folding stock for CQB games is super handy as well.

4th time I have purchases from patrol base. 3 of them are rifle are fantastic. Only had to return a pistol as to been faulty . They fixed it, but said. If still problems I could return. It still had problems. I spoke to lad on phone, and they refunded all. Even the extra magazine and postage was refunded. It was very fast refund. I had spoken to a few people in the Airsoft community. And they have had problems with them etc. But I spoke to them with respect etc at patrolbase. Sometimes good karma is needed. Will be using again, when needed. Only thing is, it's the postage. Should be free after spending so much. As if buying accessories, with postage, it puts costs up.

Really positive experience. I had to email some questions over and they were very prompt in their reply and were happy to help.
Have bought lots of kit and equipment from them and I keep coming back for more.

Great item as described. Managed to fix it in 30 minutes as i had a spare switch to replace the faulty switch, so it was a good purchase.

I ordered a scope for my grandsons birthday, which came ahead of the advised date. I was pleased as it actually arrived ahead of his birthday, even though I had to change the delivery address because we were away.

Great time saving piece of kit, no more ratchet speed loaders. Fills the mags in around 10 seconds with a 11.1v deans battery. Easy to fill and discharge your mags.

I requested a refund for a very poor quality suppressor a week ago and still have not gotten a response back. Very disappointed in the customer service.

Good price, but bad delivery company which isn't directly patrol bases fault

Ordered something 13 days ago which went missing at point of delivery. Customer service have done nothing to help other than to say they will get in touch with the delivery company despite requesting them to resend the order. Have ordered from them before with no issues but after this I’ll probably avoid using them and use other retailers.

Super service I’m am only startingout in air soft and these guys have been there for me information , price , quality the postal service is great well packaged and on time

Items are high quality, however the shipping service (through DX) was absolutely abysmal and certainly the worst delivery service me and any close family members of mine have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. Due to this, I will not be purchasing any more products from the company.
