Every single time I’ve placed an order, the quality of the goods are fantastic and a delivery service to match. The longest I’ve had to wait has been 3 days.
Delivery's come on time and somtimes earlier in my experience and products feel high quality even when buying cheaper items.

My one criticism is that communication could be slightly improved to give some information about modifications to guns. In my order was the Delta Armory Freya, which I just happened to research enough to find they come in shooting over the limits so Patrolbase downgrade them. If I hadn't, I'd be more concerned out the giant "downgraded" sticker on the side of the already opened box. It would just be nice to get a quick copy and paste email saying "X gun has been downgraded to a Y spring to make sure it's within site limits. It's now shooting at..."

We cancelled the order as only one item was in stock so postage would have been un economical cancelled and refunded ok but all takes time 🥲

Used the hasta pistol case once and i mean literally to put my pistol in it. The plastic cylindrical strip that runs through the hinge bent now the case is unusable. I ordered the large hasta rifle case aswell but that on the otherhand was amazing quality. Not sure why its poor on the pistol case. All other items were perfect and of very good quality. Delivery was quick and the website has extremely good stock.

I ordered a revolver and was told it'd be with me by the 24th, but it showed up a whole ten days earlier on the 14th, talk about customer service.
