Don’t know how many times I’ve ordered from patrol base at this point but as usual they are helpful and quick could not recommend them enough

Didn’t pack all my order correctly so had to push my games back by a couple weeks but otherwise good condition and good delivery

The company doesnt seem friendly when calling in for help, and is unwilling to help when someone is offering to put a large order with Patrol Base. As a result this has been put with another company who is willing to help. We were looking to put an order for our team with you, and looking for a new supplier as our previous supplier has closed.

I did have difficulty in opening and switching the mags from 140 to 30 rnds. I ended up going to another company who seemed very pleasant and helpful.

Exactly what I expected.

Purchased a number of guns from Patrol Base . Service is always great , and delivery is quick , especially considering I need all my guns done in the two tone option .
Would definately recommend Patrol Base to anyone looking to purchase an airsoft gun .

Bought a few items mainly 2 Starter bundles that needed sending off for 2 toning,estimated delivery was 28th,they came, all done on 22nd in time for our Airsoft day on 25th,excellent service,will definately use again for my Airsoft purchases

Disappointed in Patrol Base, in regard to my recent purchase. The replacement stock doesn't fit my Cyma SMG-5, although it states on their website that it'll fit. I was sent a copy and pasted email regarding returns and how it has to be in the original packaging. If they state that a product is compatible, then you remove it from its packaging to find out its not compatible, that's my fault apparently. The worst airsoft company for customer service.

Item ordered is of very high quality. Delivery was super speedy. The gun was powered down to meet UK standards but the original spring was not supplied

It’s a really nice gun not to heavy to hold the only thing I hate that the pink comes off a bit but except that absolutely love it and definitely recommend it especially for close quarters it won’t shoot that far outside

So i orderd a AGM MP44 with plastic stock
And i went to change the stock hop rubber which are poor i understand this voids the warrenty but once i started to strip it down its clear that the main body pin that holds it all together is faulty or glued together and will not come out, you should be able to pull it out with your fingers so its clearly faulty from new

I emailed informing them about the issue and could i send it back and get it fixed (at a cost goes without saying) or replaced and upgrade it at the same time
I got told ive voided the warrenty and they cant help and they arnt able to do upgrades at the moment , how convenient

Which says to me they are washing there hands of it ,they have my money and dont care so im 200+ quid down with a gun i cant fix ,all i want is a working AEG

Spend your hard earned money else where

By far the worst Experience ive had in 20+ years of airsofting
