No issues with order came on time items orderd we're ok

I unfortunately found reaching out for assistance very slow the return process. I’ve thus to make future purchases with caution. (That’s if I buy again) I’ve made a few purchases on patrol base and all of them had there disappointments. To hop ups not working to The heart breaking moment when I received my A&K druganov to find that attachments for that gun were taken out of the box and sold separately. There are stores that provide the biggest welcome to airsoft and some that primarily aim to profit. I see this store as that.

Overall good experience but staff have very little knowledge of products and items. A bit frustrating at times when looking for guidance and advise in store

hello , i was test my rifle on one battle , yea that rifle is not for 0.20g bb and i think not for 0.23g , bb,s was flying everywhere and strong wind after 15-20 metres was turning ..... , and used more bb,s , alot more like 0.25g , them are perfect for this GUN . Thanks

These guys are A1, I had an issue with the courier who were due to deliver with an extra post cost. The courier botched everything up and were useless with regards to their customer service. I contacted Patrol Base who were straight on it. Called the courier and it sss sorted. Even refunded me the postage. Great service and always my go to for Airsoft. The VFM is also unbeatable in many instances.

Ideal for what I needed. Helped extend my barrel for my grenade launcher.

Come on time never had any problems with them or any of the products I have had of them and have good customer service

Not happy with the service.

Order placed at 2am on a Wednesday morning. Paid for the 24hr shipping.
Items not picked or packed until 10am on Thursday. A whole day after when the item was ment to be delivered on the Thursday. Now got getting it until the next week.

So no point in paying the extra money as they are clearly not picking the items in time to send in time.

Heavier than expected. Solid build quite accuarate of of the box. Got it on bundle deal. Great deal

The Cyma MP5 is a nice RIF. Range is not the best but it is a SMG. The battery compartment (front hand guard can be a little fiddly so patience is key. Once on it is fine. I have only played a couple of games with it, it does what I expect it too.

I popped a short suppressor on the end to nail the look. Overall I am happy with the RIF, and Cyma has a good reputation so I expect to be able to play with it for years to come.

Have used Patrol Base for numerous items BB’s, mags, Sidearm and tactical gear. Have always had a great service at competitive market prices and prompt delivery. No issues to date and a timely response to any questions / enquiries.

Charging point does not fit with charger all ready got and is only about a year old.

I have been using Patrol Base for almost ten years now for Airsoft guns and gear. They are a reliable and trustworthy seller. They stay on point with guns and gear. They are also easy to get in touch with and happy to answer the questions asked even the really stupid ones. I trust them...you can too.

I have chosen to give 3 stars as my order wasnt even packed untill the delivery date and customer service wasnt prepared to do anything about it other than say its been sent out that day and thats all they could do (with abit of an attitude) as if i was in the wrong for calling up to find out what happend with my order after some back an forth with customer service i managed to get them to put me thru to a manager who made some phone calls an thankfully got my order upgraded to next day delivery for between 7am an 10am and refunded the delivery charge as a good will gesture and appoligized for the mess up wich is appriceated overall i will still put future orders.A big thank you to the GM for getting it all sorted in a timely manner (ie a 15min phone call) we had a gret day once we got there an the mags i ordered work great . i know we got off to a rocky start with the order but this proof that most things can be sorted with a 15min converstation not screaming down the phone agian big thankyou to the GM for sorting it all out and thank you for the voucher i will use with my next order

I've had no previous issues with ordering from Patrol Base; however, on this occasion, the wrong item was sent. I'm currently going through the returns process but although I received DPD notifications to guide me through returning the item, there has been absolutely no communication from Patrol Base themselves. No apology for the inconvenience, no offer to refund the express delivery I paid for, no indication as to if/when I will receive a replacement.

Well I still haven't received my parcel yet and it's been over a month so all I can give is a low review

Had a little issue with the gun but went in they sorted it while I was waiting very polite people helped with all enquiry’s

Fast delivery will order again, service was quick and easy
