Great value a wide range of airsoft stuff only issue is paying nearly £10 for 24hr dispatch and 1-2 delivery it took 3 days to dispatch and one item was missed out but customer service got it sorted quickly

Ive used Patrol Base a few time now and they have always been great, again i ordered online with no issues, email received the next day to contact them, they couldn't have been more helpful, small issue on my side soon sorted and item dispatched promptly and arrived quickly, it was a Christmas present to my self and can't wait to try it out in the new year

Purchased multiple firearms from this company absolutely first class services all two tone weapons which added slightly more time for delivery but excellent postage well packaged my go to shop

Amazing service, even though my order was originally denied because I hadn't updated the address on my defence. After that was sorted they had my order to me within a couple of days.

Absolutely shocking service. Will never order from PatrolBase again. Had an email after my order to say my UKARA wasn't accepted, rang your customer services to be told it wasn't valid while I was looking at my UKARA number showing as active on their own database. Refunded my order and took my custom elsewhere.

Hasn't arrived yet, even after I chased it.

Great gun however upon receiving the box it had been opened previously as the seals were broken on the box and then first time using it the hop rubber was split upon discovery it didn’t shoot well

Ran into an issue where part of an order went missing, customer service (incl. an employee named Simon) was very helpful on the phone and had the situation resolved, with replacement AEGs sent. Also really like how detailed product descriptions and specifications are compared to other retailers.
