We have bought from Patrol Base previously and the service was excellent. On this occasion, the gun ordered did not work and, at the time of writing, has been returned for repair - these things happen. The service has been excellent thus far and a good level of communication made re. status of repair.

Overall, Patrol Base is a solid store — good service and no major issues with orders. The only weird thing is that almost every time I buy something, the price drops shortly after. Maybe it’s just my bad luck 😅
