I bought several Airsoft replicas from them and everyone has had an issue. Some resolved relatively painlessly, others I'm still trying to resolve but have been completely blanked for 3-weeks and counting after raising a formal complaint to their customer services manager. I've been sending regular emails and phoning directly and while on the email front I've got zero replies post their initial one, all calls are pointless as I get fobbed off every time with some sort of excuse as to why the manager can't speak to me.

Everything I have bought has been brand new and within 30-days there is an issue. I return it and then I get given an old refurbished unit which I've proven every time by showing the serial numbers are several hundred units younger than the original I returned and on top of that, there are cosmetic blemishes that show prior use. Under Consumer Rights Act 2015, I should be getting a brand-new unit replacement if there is an issue raised within 30-days but time and time again, Patrol Base are trying their luck to get rid of old refurbished stock acting like its brand-new.

More recently I was sent the completely wrong shotgun replica that was most definitely a return as there was a Patrol Base label stating it needed to go back to the workshop for inspection. The correct replica was sent and then it fell a part after 3-hours of use which is currently a part of my active formal complaint which they refuse to address.

I also bought a sniper replica in the same order that has had endless issues. First it wasn't holding a seal so every other shot it was losing between 50-100 FPS consistently. The replacement they sent was meant to be a brand-new one but there was cosmetic damage, rust and loose components, and to top it off this replica was also several hundred units younger than the original so not even a part of the same batch which they tried to palm off as a brand new replacement.

That's not the end of the issues for the sniper. That old rusty piece of sh** they tried to palm off, their workshop staff actively withheld the extra springs that came with it "because it would bring you over site limits". That's literally their excuse. Bearing in mind that the first one came with the extra springs. I requested multiple times that they need to send me the items I legally paid for as they had no right to police this and they stood their ground until I raised a formal complaint. I've since received a brand new replica with all the expected items but I haven't even tested it as I just don't have the energy to keep dealing with their colossally poor customer service handling.

So to sum up. Repeated issues with brand-new replicas. They try to replace them with refurbished instead of brand-new ones. Randomly, on whim they will police the items that come with your replica and retain them with zero compensation or notice. Finally, if you bring a serious formal complaint to them regarding the actions of their staff which is very legally dubious, they will blank you on any and all communication mediums and refuse to address the issues.

All these issues are raised within 30-days and should be treated as manufacturer defects and thus replaced with a brand-new unit. Not old, refurb stock!

I believe after everything I've experienced with this company and all the evidence I've compiled, I will be raising this to Trading Standards as their is multiple breaches of Consumer Rights at the very least and the use of old, used stocks for replacement of brand-new items that have exhibited manufacture faults is completely wrong. These items aren't cheap and it is incredibly cheap of them to try and short change you as the consumer for faults outside of your control.

I've had enough and after nearly a month of trying to work with them to solve this amicably, the outright unprofessional and rudeness of just blanking my very serious formal complaints, they burned the bridge.

I hope Trading Standards does a thorough investigation into them and holds them accountable.

To would be customers; please double check everything you get from them and double check the contents that should be coming with it from the manufacturer. Also, inform yourself of your consumer rights and hold them accountable. Don't allow them to remove your rights.

Another tid bit I found out is that they have been removed from Trustpilots platform for alleged breach of their guidelines - take from that what you will but from what I've experienced and many others, the super high rating just didn't make sense.

I purchased a G3 from you and had an issue with it, very easy return to you and prompt comms, received a new replacement within two weeks, great service!

I purchased a £320 Airsoft and waited 4+ days with no dispatch.. when I rang up to see where it was the order had Never been sent to the package crew, and now the item was out Of Stock!! So not only did I pay 320, they sold my item to someone else. Luckily.. I replaced the item with something else from the Catalogue. But it wasn't as good.

This was the second time I ordered from Patrol Base and both times the delivery date they gave me changed on the day it was supposed to be delivered even though I phoned them the day before and was assured it would be delivered, causing me to lose days off work. When I emailed to complain I was fobbed off with a £3 postage refund and told to email another person who hasn’t had the decency to reply. I would not recommend this company to anyone and think their customer service is appalling.

very easy to deal with and competitive prices I haven't had to use aftershaves service yet so I can't coment I first saw them on YouTube and the content was very helpful I want a EAG pistol when I can afford it and will probably use them again.

Overall Patrol Base gave a good service, but DPD the chosen courier for Patrol Base let them down . 2 orders back to back failed to deliver . Patrol base was understanding with both orders ,they was late. I will buy from patrol Base again and recommend anyone to check the site. Prices are really good and the range of equipment and guns is good . I would have given 5 stars but courier let them down .

Just bought another lipo battery from you, it has a different plug connection to my rifle, not like the previous battery which is OK. Been trying to contact you by phone to see what options there are but unable to contact anyone your side.

WRONG HEX KEY DELIVERED

I had an AK105 that was a couple of months out of warranty.
Not only did the guys fix my AK but also posted it back to me free of charge.
Great customer service and going the extra mile.

Yeah Delivery was delivered only think it was 4 to 5 day's after ordering alot quicker tgan i thought would definately buy from Patrol Base again. 5 star's.

Their customer service team has been pretty good but I've received two faulty products on separate occasions, this has led to me needing returns of these items. It would have been nice if something such as a refund of the next day delivery was added or a free upgrade to this delivery on a future order.

I've recently done so, but the email I received letting me know they were really nice and was very helpful!

Such a great range of products, and very informative about said products! The reason it falls short of 5 stars for me is that whenever there is an issue that is being sorted, unless you take the initiative to call or email everyday, you will seldom get any updates from them. Other than that, atellar people as well as a stellar sercice

I have received mine with a leaking gas problem, but it was sorted very quickly.
