Paid extra for express delivery (dispatched within 24 hours) on a £400 order. Wasn't dispatched for several days. Was given a £3 refund for the inconvenience.

Mid cap is on the larger size. Will fit an G&G l85 but you'll need to press the magazine release in slight make it for it to sit properly. Magazine is a cheap and chearful and does what it needs to.

The gun is really good but never got a manual with it

Gun stopped working the same day It was delivered but i called patrolbase, they said to send it back and they'll repair or replace it and send it straight back out for me, so a satisfied customer when it returns fully working

Absolutely delighted with my purchase from Patrol Base. Truly excellent service. After a very bad experience with another Airsoft seller, it was an absolute pleasure dealing with Patrol Base from start to finish. I first checked over the phone that the item was actually in stock and yes, PB answer their phone lines (so many don’t!) and were very friendly and helpful. Even with two toning my order arrived in about five days. It was well packed and the two-toning was of excellent quality. I can’t recommend Patrol Base enough. I mentioned this to my friend who has also placed an order and received excellent service.
I’ll definitely make Patrol Base my “go to” supplier in future.

Not to pleased being as honest as I can be! I contacted patrol base for advice on a purchace I was about to make - the item listed said it didn’t come with a battery so I asked for there Input so I had a battery added to my order and then a charger to go with it and then a bad to charge it all safely in costing close to another £50 - when it arrived I opened the package to find the item did have a battery and also a charger so I’ve got 2 of everything now so I could of saved a little chunk of money if the staff knew what the product I purchased included!
But I can’t say it was all bad as I spoke to a couple of the team and a guy I spoke to was fantastic great advice and helped me get a membership within minutes to complete the sale!
Mainly disappointed but they are a good company was referred by a friend who speaks highly

Garbage service, I paid for delivery, it said it would come in a week! After a week I called to ask for an update on the order to be told it hadn't even been picked yet, I suppose the only redeeming thing is the person on the phone processed my refund. SA6038095
