Was delivered to wrong street when I did track it down only got half my order when I complained you told me to go to police police can't do anything about it you where supposed replace it i think you are a bunch of scammed I now buy my stuff from someone else they have also just got a big order for my club never will I use you again and I have put it on the notice board for club members to never order from you

Lots of choices

In the last few months me and my team have spent thousands on patrol base to find we couldn't use any of the recent purchases because they were all firing too hot for any of the sites we play at BUT anything we have bought in the past before this has been spot on so I cant knock them down for 1 bad experience even if it was 1 experience over 3 different people at the same time.

The items came on time but some of the stuff I ordered became out of stock one day before delivery ( 6 business days after I had ordered it) however the support team helped and told me the options of what I could do. Everything arrived safely with no damage or delays.

Fantastic guns however the delivery process let it down. I paid for next day delivery it was dispatched which then pushed the delivery to a monday. Just a heads up to anyone the delivery company used doesn't deliver on the weekends. That's the reason for the 3 stars.

I have ordered from patrol base loads of times every thing from rifs to spare parts, magazine's etc etc. I have contacted patrol base a couple of times via Facebook page with questions (last one being about magazine fitment from different brands) and they have always got back to me quickly. Never had an issue with any of the products I have purchased over the years or the advice passed to me. Great company who puts the customer first... a rare commodity now a day's. I am 100% a regular and returning customer.

Ordered with the fast delivery option was here next day was sold as seen with no surprises the furniture was way better than I thought, bought as a HPA project and it turned out amazing! Great value for money and a boneyard steal!

Grub screw in muzzle was crossthreaded and stuck, had to buy extra tools to remove, custom service was really bad, havent replied to emails or been any help.

I placed an order on Monday 2nd March and received a confirmation email the same day, so I was very disappointed to then receive an email on the 6th March informing me that one of the items was actually out of stock.

Having to wait four days for this update was frustrating, especially as the rest of the order had not been dispatched in that time. In the end, I had to cancel part of my order and request a refund, which was inconvenient.

Overall, the delay and lack of communication made for a poor customer experience.

I got this for my son for school, he wanted a "camo" bag to put his patches on. Fair to say its a solid built bit of kit, plenty of room and a good size. Might have to get one myself!

Used this shop many a time and never had any issues, they are always quick with processing and shipping and everything is always packed safely. Is my go to shop for standard items as it is reliable at a competitive rate.

Never had an issue

Gun arrived and not working properly.
Emailed Patrol base, no response.
Phoned, gave up after 15min on hold with no answer.
Wrote a message on their website and a week later I got a reponse.
Reponse was they will send a courier to pick up the gun. I didn't want to return it just the R-hop piece but that is out of stock.
I ended up buying a R-hop from another vendor to fix the issue.
Why did it take so long to get any reponse and your phone delays is very long.
Poor after sales service.
