very good, not the fastest delivery considering i paid for quick delivery but still quick

No issues with Patrol Base or item..but the courier Dx..was absolutely shocking...had package 8 days...out for delivery(allegedly)5 days...but not attempted delivery until the 8th Day...Yoni.B-L

All in all a fairly good rpk! Only slight issue I have it the bipod folds in and locks away slightly skew but its not the biggest issue in the world.
Fires well! Accurate with good grouping and can get a fairly good distance! Also much lighter than I expected. Worth the money especially wiyh the extra mag package! 9.8 out of 10

The grip was a perfect fit. The service was first class.

Well made, quality materials, pity no adjustments for pull length. Other than adding short piccitinni rail riser, would I recommend 100%. My mistake for not looking at information and measurements.

The gun runs sweet the only down side was the high cap magazine stop working after the first game but the mid caps that's come in the bundle works great would recommend

Fairly priced and dispatched and delivery quick

Paid extra for quick delivery. Ordered on Wed morning and received confirmation that estimated delivery would be the Thursday. Received email on Thursday morning saying I had not filled in UKARA details correctly but they would let this order go to avoid delays. I had asked about the UKARA in an email and did what I was aked to do!! I questioned this and was told that I had to put the UKARA details on the billing section ( I DID) and that the order was not actioned until the Thurday morning so no chance of a delivery that day as advised.
I emailed back again showing the email from them about the UKARA and they have ignored it, I asked for an email address to make a complaint - ignored this too.
Item finally arrived on the Monday !!! 5 days after ordering.
Issue with UKARA was manufactured to cover up the delays.
NO reply to any complaint so avoid !!

I bought two pistol grips for my AP900 … seeking a better palm swell than the std one. The delivery was swift.
Unfortunately, my selection was not a fit for the frame …. My error.
I contacted PB and arranged a return for a refund. The process was easy, quick and I was refunded with zero issue. My review can only be based upon this refund process. Buy with confidence 👍🏻

Been okay past few times but my full auto glock came broken didn't operate on full auto and slide didn't go all the way back on single shot. But has been sent back and getting fixed as we speak good customer service

Just realized, that JUST AIR Rifles had made the order for me. Now I remember that you guys turned down my ID drivers license. I had provided more than enough evidence, yet you cancelled my order.

The person who spoke to me was very abrupt.

So I wouldn't even give your company a 1 star rating. But sadly, there is no "Zero" star rating option.

You should have stopped selling, when you started. Because your customer support was absolutely shocking.

That's why I ordered from somewhere else, and WILL continue to do so, until the end of time.

Ordered a boneyard SMG - just for the look of the thing - Patrol Base were very helpful in negotiating me past screwing up the order, and ensuring that it was delivered etc - very happy customer

Put order in and was post of to me arived quickly and in great condition well be ordering again

Do not buy a classic arms Stoner!
No fault of Patrol Base they have been brilliant even with me being very underwhelmed with the Stoner .
The first one didn’t make it past chrono first time out . It locked up solid ! PB exchanged it straight away .
The second one wasn’t much better . It wouldn’t feed BBs properly due to the caste iron hop up looking like it had been drilled ( badly )
It also blew itself up and has now had a new trigger switch fitted and tried 2 different hop ups to get it working .
PB did offer to refund it but by now I’d already got a Bullgear box mag for it and a Bullgear hop up is on the way .
