I bought two pistol grips for my AP900 … seeking a better palm swell than the std one. The delivery was swift.
Unfortunately, my selection was not a fit for the frame …. My error.
I contacted PB and arranged a return for a refund. The process was easy, quick and I was refunded with zero issue. My review can only be based upon this refund process. Buy with confidence 👍🏻

Been okay past few times but my full auto glock came broken didn't operate on full auto and slide didn't go all the way back on single shot. But has been sent back and getting fixed as we speak good customer service

Just realized, that JUST AIR Rifles had made the order for me. Now I remember that you guys turned down my ID drivers license. I had provided more than enough evidence, yet you cancelled my order.

The person who spoke to me was very abrupt.

So I wouldn't even give your company a 1 star rating. But sadly, there is no "Zero" star rating option.

You should have stopped selling, when you started. Because your customer support was absolutely shocking.

That's why I ordered from somewhere else, and WILL continue to do so, until the end of time.

Thank you for wasting days where I could have had my air rifle sooner. Bet ahhh,

Ordered a boneyard SMG - just for the look of the thing - Patrol Base were very helpful in negotiating me past screwing up the order, and ensuring that it was delivered etc - very happy customer

Put order in and was post of to me arived quickly and in great condition well be ordering again

Do not buy a classic arms Stoner!
No fault of Patrol Base they have been brilliant even with me being very underwhelmed with the Stoner .
The first one didn’t make it past chrono first time out . It locked up solid ! PB exchanged it straight away .
The second one wasn’t much better . It wouldn’t feed BBs properly due to the caste iron hop up looking like it had been drilled ( badly )
It also blew itself up and has now had a new trigger switch fitted and tried 2 different hop ups to get it working .
PB did offer to refund it but by now I’d already got a Bullgear box mag for it and a Bullgear hop up is on the way .

Has been delivered with missing screw,other than that works really good with the m4….I’ve tried to use it with adapter for my rapax m11 but the spring isn’t strong enough to push the bbs unless you help with the electric motor

Solid equipment.
Gun bag - Little shorter than I thought but was is true to measurements so check your rifle length.
Fits one Rifle + One SMG maybe not 2 full size Rifles.

Magazines - Solid, Looks good, seems to feed just fine.

Sling - Very long sling - Personally ive bought a 2 pointer - Would suit someone on the taller side perhaps or likes their rifle hanging low.

Speed loader - Does as it says on the tin.

Overall quick delivery, good packaging, Solid quality at prices cheaper than local site.
