specifically asked for the gloves not to be sent before it was even sent out knowing they would be too small as the size i wanted (mediums) sold out when i bought them so they gone to smalls wwithout me noticing until afte the purchase, said it would be sorted, still recieved them, and as expected they are too small
Patrol base is great, but they should check their own products before they sell them.

Ordered a set of specna iron sights, a completely different set of specna iron sights turned up.
That day, Friday the 1st, I emailed to explain and attached 10 images consisting of my own pictures as well as screenshots showing how they were the wrong item. I followed this email with a call - I was told to email to a different email, and had no reply for 5 days (2 were working days, 3 days were weekend & bank holiday Monday).
I rang on the Tuesday and was told that neither my 1st nor 2nd email came through. I emailed a 3rd time, and we ended the call while he waited for it to come through.
1hr later I recieve an email stating that after reviewing the item listing compared to my 10 images that I had recieved exactly what I had ordered, exactly how it was advertised.
Extremely disappointing and annoying to recieve an email like that after waiting 6 days, after repeatedly having to email and call to chase it up and all clearly after they only bothered to skim my images for .2 of a second, but even still .2 of a second is enough to see they are blatantly different products.
I have attached images showing my reply to that email stating I had recieved what i'd bought, when I hadn't.

Pretty decent pistol. Has good shooting range. Tested up to 60meters range and it reached target easily. Superb gun for that price
Fast delivery, emailed to check parts would fit my Rif and recieved a uquick response. my go to place for all guns and parts now
dispcriptions on there product are not accurate a mosfet that stated fits every v2 gearbox clearly didnt fit mine i have to cut a massive hole out the side of it and now it has weekend and split the box then the mosfet itself has broken also on the same order i purchased an ssr9 drum mag the version one they sent the version 2 and I couldn't get batterys for the mag in time for the next game as I bought a 9v square for the version 1 and the version 2 require some 3.7v AA style batter special so my friend thats just bought his first gun had to run a 1 mag setup and didnt enjoy his game having to constantly fill his single mag in the middle of fighting
Second order I bought a bunch of items on the Thursday for my g36c to get that up and running to loan to my friends on the next game I got contacted by patrol at 2 on the Tuesday stated they dont have one item in stock that clearly said In stock when I bought it what would I like to do with the rest of the order so I just cancled and I will try my best to never have to order though them again and I would highly advise people do the same
When I spoke to them over the phone a few times.es the first call was okay they agreed that I send them my hole m4 with the v2 gearbox in and they will see whats going on and what they can do (no price mentioned nit sure if it was free but they sent me a return for the hole gun) but but tbh if they cant pick an item correctly and there warehouse stock items are incorrect and there description is bad I was skeptical if they could even do a good job
The second phone call I rang them to ask and let them.know they have acually sent the wrong drum mag and I asked about getting the correct one sent out and if they had it in stock as there website said they didnt and the guy seemed like he didnt care and just said im sure the returns team will have one there waiting to exchange it sonic asked him to check and he stated that the retur s team will deal with it once the wrong one is back
The third time I just asked for a manager straight away to get some one that might acually care about rep and want to try help and tbh he didnt care either didnt try and keep me as a customer nothing just said yeah return that fine seemed a bit blunt so not a great overall experience if there not wanting to try and keep customers or help customers out where the products they sell are not correct misspicked or faulty ect then im not willing to dig into my pocket and send them my money I would also advice people to stay clear

Delivery could do some work as you pay extra for 1-2 day delivery and 8 times out of 10 it comes within 3-4 days (going off of the 4 orders I've made, only 1 has arrived within the 1-2 days).

Fed up with paying for next day delivery at a tenner and getting item late
My items were great, however, a lot of items are out of stock meaning I made a purchase which was a second or third choice. Not a massive deal breaker though. The main issue is that everytime I make a purchase, the expected delivery date is always late. Three separate orders all came the day after they stated. Why do you only the items ready on the day you said they would arrive? If the deliveries have been delayed, just put it back a day in your site. Don’t let your customers arrange to be at home and then post them out on that day. Meet customer expectation. The three time, very consistent delayed delivery was the reason I gave 3 stars
