Fast delivery.

I would like to thank you for your help with the equipment I perched. I arrive on time and the quality was spot on. I had an issue with one of the clips for a glock, it had gas escaping from the clip. I spoke to one of your staff, and they walked me through the issue. In the end I was somthing I was doing wrong. The staff I spoke to were professional and polite.

I've been airsofting for around four years now.
The majority of my kit comes from Patrol Base.
They have an amazing selection of stock and I love browsing.

Service has always been excellent, I've always been more than happy with my purchase.
When I have phoned with an enquiry, the staff are courteous and respectful and have always resolved any issues.

Don't charge extra for next day shipping if you are incapable of providing the service to the timescales you outine on your website,

There is a reason I avoid using your store where possible and will continue to do so.

A bit shakey out of the box compared to the specna arms flex. Doesnt seem to lock back for access to the hop up like the flex does. Bolts rusted after one use outdoors. A little disapointed in the performance out of the box. Though i am sure i can fix it.

Never had any problems with the service or items iv recieved,they emailed to say they ran out of stock and offered alternatives, for the plate carrier I ordered, choose a different colour.. rattle cans did the rest

Pellet getting jammed sometimes well actually jammed so have to clear it with small metal rod but other than that all good

1st class choice and service, my go to for Airsoft supplies.

I have always given PB five ⭐️, my last few purchases not so good. No confirmation email after purchase. One item defective and returned. I had to chase three times to get a refund which took about a month. This is way below their usual faultless service.

Very good product for Airsoft and affordable for what you get.

The products in the store are excellent but the system is very "clunky" and many of your offers are hidden or at best very difficult to find.
The addition of purchases made where they can meet up before shipping are still packaged separately increasing shipping costs to the buyer and reduces the sales offering to add possible other products and link them to the original sale with eg a countdown clock until midnight the same day or 0800 the next morning.
Iv been requesting a company account to be set up but nobody will engage with me so far.
Once you learn to work with the system it is ok but you are losing sales I am sure.

I do think you have a great offer and the technical guys have been a great help.

Very, Very Disappointing Experience

I placed my order on the 13/05/26 and I’m still waiting for the complete order to arrive.
This has been an incredibly frustrating experience.
To make matters worse, every time I’ve contacted customer service, the staff been unhelpful and provided little to no useful information or resolution. I expected much better communication and customer care.
It’s unacceptable to have to wait this long for an order without clear updates or a proper solution. Based on my experience there is no charge on m Gods green earth that I would recommend this company. Save yourself the stress. I wish did.

I found the entire experience great and the starter set of a rifle, 3 magazines and a loader with all the bells and whistles to start was great, greatly improved accuracy too, I got the tan and black to add some colour but it was the best starter purchase in my opinion.
