Excellent delivery time, rifle came a week early however it had many problems which upset me quite a bit. First of all the handgaurd was extremely out of place and there were many loose screws. It was also a very poor two tone job and I had lots of paint on my barrel and buffer tube. Lots of scratches on the gun itself and even the muzzle

Rather slow and on most times not very helpful replies to enquires and issues.

quick to send items out and good if you call them with any concerns.

Bought a gun from. It arrived faulty. They refunded the purchase price, but would not refund the shipping cost.

Second time I've ordered from patrol base and second time I've had issues. The drum mag came after a few days which I was happy with but the shot gun that said it was coming from Poland didn't arrive after the 21 working days so I sent an email.

Told me there was an issue from the warehouse in Poland and I could only purchase something else or take a refund. I ask if it could just be ordered again and was told no unless I repurchased it.

As I said this is the second time I've had issues with my order and has put me off making further purchases.

Have both the 900mm and 1100mm cases. They are very good, sturdy and max.
the internal soft blocks provided are excellent. Allow seperation of accessories ensuring no knocking against the rifle.
i can put in the rifle, magazines, batteries, end bipod, arca mid mount.
Literally everyhing other then Air supply i need to operate the air rifles.

Only downside was trying to fit 2 riles and all their gear in the 1100mm; that couldnt do even those rifles fit, hot swap scopes,, bipod, arca. An extra 10cm on height and that one case would carry everything combined for 2 rifles.

I wouldnt use the cases to send rfiles out via 3rd parties as the overall padding isnt enough to feel safe and secure carriage, but for personal use are perfect. Also the rear straps to carry case on my back are perfect.

Consistent excellent performance from order to delivery.

A really nice feel, decent quality but is lacking in a few areas, the main issue is the front and rear sight don't align that good and kind of feels cheap, but as a platform, its a shotgun that will get you through a good many games, does feel good in the hands, overall not bad.

Never had an issue with any orders.

Well packaged. Great item. If wanted for use, remember to buy a battery and some BBs. Ideal basis for a Vietnam Display M60.

I placed my order on October 27, 2025, and it still hasn’t arrived. Even worse, the package was delivered to the wrong address. I’ve been waiting for so long and this is really unacceptable. I hope this issue can be resolved as soon as possible.

Does not click into place using an Odin Speed loader. If you have a Delta Armory Freya Gen 2, don't buy these as they don't feed properly.
