Not the best box mag on the market but for the price it was really good and seems to work well. - I already took mine to my local tech to upgrade it to change out the battery for a small rechargeable LiPo one )

Good customer service and fast delivery as always from patrol base, and nice to see they are keeping their standards up and only supplying quality products on their website and shops. That’s why most regular Airsofters recommend them.

The package came in good time and was in very good order,I only use the gun for plinking in the garden but have already found it to be fairly accurate. The gun itself is very well made and has some good heft to it which helps with the handling. Over all I would recommend this gun to any body wishing to get into airsoft.

Got a Delta Armoury ribbed hand guard and a Specna m4/m16 style carry handle/rear sight for my tm M4A1 gbbr and transformed it into a retro 🇻🇳 Vietnam shredder, well pleased, big ty to all the staff at PB 😎👍

I’ve had no issues with the products I’ve brought. My only gripe is your shipping costs. I understand if I’m ordering something that needs a large box. However, I’m just ordering something BBs or something small, why does shipping still cost so much?

Ordinarily Patrol Base has decent prices, but once you add on the shipping costs it becomes very off putting.

So far, I’ve placed three orders with Patrol Base, and only one of them had an issue.
I ended up waiting around two weeks for my order to be processed. Once the estimated delivery time had passed, I contacted customer service, and thankfully Simon took the time to track down what had happened to my order. Not long after that, I finally received my items — along with a small but very nice little gift. A nice touch!
A small suggestion for the website admin for the future: if an item is out of stock, I probably shouldn’t be able to order it in the first place. Alternatively, it would be great to receive an update if there’s a problem with availability, rather than having to wonder whether my order has gone on a little holiday somewhere. 😂
Overall, I’m happy with how everything was eventually resolved, especially with the communication and Simon’s commitment to sorting out my problem. He genuinely went the extra mile to get things moving.

Exceptional packaging of Hasta Nebula Gen 2 felt like opening a new iPhone, quality and packaging were great, effect is crazy good!

Using airsoft as a way to get some local, cheaper, milsim action between the four or so magfed paintball events I do. Started this in January.
Time to get myself my own gear.
Patrol Base have some very informative write ups on kit, comparisons and general airsoft information. I have found other websites/suppliers a little vague and very sparse with details and info. OK, if you are an experienced, omniscient airsofter. Not very good for beginners.
It's for this reason I chose Patrol Base to purchase my first set up.
I used their write ups and knowledge to select my rif, and compatible batteries, charger, chrono, loader, mags and magwell adapter.
Once ordered on the weekend it arrived midweek, and was I was able to attend my local walkon, as on own gunner, rather than a rental the very following Sunday.
One week, in total, from ordering on my sofa, to an enjoyable field testing.
All worked well. A little tinkering with the mags and magwell adapter, now seems to have them working properly. Just need to figure out the capacity selector. Even when i try to select 30 rounds, far more seems to be loaded. Not that big of a deal. Just a bit more tinkering.

⭐ 1/5 — Very disappointing experience

Unfortunately, my experience with Patrol Base has left me at the point where I no longer feel comfortable buying airsoft guns from them.

I purchased a CYMA Platinum CM.097 M4/AR-15 AEG from Patrol Base, expecting a quality product from a well-known UK airsoft retailer. Instead, I experienced multiple issues with the rifle almost immediately.

The gun had problems with magazine feeding and inconsistent shots, and I also found that the motor cable wasn’t properly connected. There were also concerns with the condition of the QC sticker, which appeared to have already been broken. For a supposedly checked and ready-to-use rifle, this was extremely disappointing.

What made the situation worse was the experience dealing with customer service. When you’re spending a significant amount of money on an airsoft gun, you expect the retailer to take responsibility when the product arrives with problems. Unfortunately, I didn’t feel that was the case during my experience with Patrol Base.

I understand that occasional faults can happen with airsoft guns. That’s not necessarily the retailer’s fault. What matters is how the retailer handles the situation afterwards, and this is where my experience fell short.

I’ve since bought another rifle from a different retailer and had a much better experience, which has reinforced my decision not to use Patrol Base for future airsoft gun purchases.

There are plenty of other UK airsoft retailers around, and based on my experience, I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.

The issue wasn’t simply that the gun had faults — it was the overall experience of receiving a problematic product and then trying to get the situation resolved.

I hope Patrol Base improves its quality control and customer service, because I would have preferred to be able to recommend them.

The 5 emails I've had since it was delivered asking for a review/validation is uncalled for. Sure send 1 email asking for a review, but leave it at 1. No need to bagder/harass for it

Paid extra for the 1-2 day delivery but still hasnt turned up after day 4, spoke to someone at patrol base who said they would look in to it and getstraight back to me but as of yet still not made contact with me to give an update or even offer to refund the extra i had paid for the 1-2 day delivery.

I ordered the items I was after,I received an email to say one of the items was out of stock,but the remainder of the order would be fulfilled. I received a refund for the out of stock item and the rest of my order was received quickly. I have not used the items yet but have checked them and all is ok.

This was first time to order from Patrol base and already know them from fellow players before. Told me about 10 days to arrived , I wss thinking it's fine , just after my birthday but yo my surprise- they delivered it on 5 days, right on my birthday!!. And on time as stated on their e mail. Highly recommended.

I ordered some bits and bobs for my next airsoft mil sim and the products did NOT disappoint. The fast delivery met the deadline and arrived in solid well wrapped packaging. The holster i ordered was high quality polymer and had easily adjustable angle. It also came with some handy allen keys that were useful for ajusting it

Every order has been delivered timely and any queries or mistakes on my end have been quickly, professionally and down right amazingly fixed/answered from the customer support.
