While the actual product was amazing,ing all they did was sell it. I have spent thousands of pounds with Patrol Base, each time the experience got worse. During this purchase I selected and paid for next day delivery making the purchase around 7am, they stated in the receipt next working day. What this meant in reality notification from them that the item was collected by the courier twice two different days. Then the actual delivery was 5 days. If I had selected rgus as my option I'd not be bothered but I selected and paid for next day. When I contacted them I still have not received and answer so this is your review and I will shop elsewhere in the future.
Overall great, one issue I had was a box from your warehouse was covered in some kind of paint. I was worried it was damaged but it wasn't. In any case please stay on top of your warehouse qc. Last mile processes are very important.

I placed an order for some spray paint, it was delivered within the timeframe , but one of the tins were damaged on delivery. I reached out to portal base with an email to inform them of the problem. They then replaced the damaged item without a problem. Very good service.
Great gun for the price, works amazing, vertical fore grip is definitely recommended
After finding what I wanted I then spent another 2 hours working my way through the site very easy to navigate and the account setup is simple. The communication was good I had to change my delivery date which was so simple my mum could do it. Vey happy with my purchase so I’ve added them to my preferred shops I will use them again.
