Smooth transaction, delivery price is higher than expected which stings when ordering singular small items

My biggest gripe is their postage service. I made 2 orders, both made at the same time. One at next day delivery and one at standard, can you guess which one turned up first? The next working day delivery turned up 2 or 3 working days AFTER the standard delivery. Delivery time usually takes about 5-7 working days after order and tbh, that's how long it takes for things to arrive from Germany when we order parts at my work (large German car manufacturer) Delivery is by far PBs weakest element. They need to sort it out. If they do, this will be a 4/5 star review as I've been a bit unsure about their email support when it comes to product knowledge/help

My order arrived without issue and everything i ordered was there and working flawlessly. Couldn't recommend Patrol Base any higher. Already looking at next purchase.

Excellent price and great postage time

The gun is really great quality patrol base is a good website. However my gun came with some faults like the dust cover would not shut also my speed loader is missing from the parcel even though it stated it was included in the package, I have emailed 3 or 4 times however no response

Hi I love my pistols can’t complain at all me and the kids love it. Only thing is I told my friend about it and he got it cheaper a few weeks later and so on with another. Stay in Oban Scotland sure you can see. Bit gutted to be honest

I bought this not realising it came from Europe and would take a month to get here, decided to buy a Hpa system for £800 all in so I could have a decent gun sooner. I’ve used the HPA kit once, this is my main now… high rate of fire, programmable fire modes. Proper decent bit of kit. My only complaint is it took a while to get here coming from Europe but that’s not the guns fault.
This gun feels amazing and is stunning to look at, compact but not tiny, really high quality bit of kit. If you want it fast this isn’t the one but if you’re happy waiting a few weeks then I cant recommend it enough!

Great service and friendly staff.

Patrolbase are very quick to take your money. But if they make a mistake, eg, send you the wrong RIF, they make getting your replacement virtually impossible. I returned the incorrect product and was then told via email that the correct one would be sent out. Normally post is sent out same day with 24 hr delivery. 5 days later, I'm still waiting, they've still got my money, they aren't responding to any emails I send and have gone radio silent. I have spent a lot at that store. Not another penny ever again.

I was a bit annoyed that I had paid top amount for quick delivery and didn’t realise Saturday wasn’t classed as a working day,so I wasted almost £10 for fast delivery

Best place to get any type of airsoft gear. Fast delivery. Exceptional service. I had an order for an Earmor headset, but wanted to add to that order and was given a discount code for the other item I wanted to order, so I would get free delivery.

Always excellent items and customer service and prices that certainly bear any competion.

Products were spot on,ade this order from a goodwill gesture from the business and has secured me as customer for the foreseeable! However the courier used really dropped the ball which has left me hesitant to order again

Great items for airsoft and at good prices. Dispatched and delivered quickly.

The only improvement I’d ask is for better postage costs. Seems a flat standard p&p fee of £6.95 for everything. So if buying something cheap like a rubber knife, then it almost doubles the cost.

The rifle I ordered got here 2 days early, so that was nice. I am very new to this hobby so maybe I am being ignorant, but the paint did scratch off a bit when I put the grip on the rail. Also the battery was very tricky to get in, of course that's more the manufacturers problem. Maybe a some instructions on that would be nice? I dunno. The instructions on the side of the box were not very good.

All in all, I got what I ordered + some BBs and it all works just fine.

Highly recommend purchasing from patrol base very easy to use website extremely good prices. Kept very well informed on delivery. The delivery company that patrol base use are the best delivery company that has ever delivered anything to me .

They did a terrible two tone service. There was no steel ball no spring and no washers on the selector switch. So pistol was useless. I had to sort them out by my self.
