It’s a really nice gun not to heavy to hold the only thing I hate that the pink comes off a bit but except that absolutely love it and definitely recommend it especially for close quarters it won’t shoot that far outside
Prompt delivery and really good communication.
Everything came very quick and I always got information for where my rep was and everything is in good condition from shipping to my door no damage on any of the boxes

So i orderd a AGM MP44 with plastic stock
And i went to change the stock hop rubber which are poor i understand this voids the warrenty but once i started to strip it down its clear that the main body pin that holds it all together is faulty or glued together and will not come out, you should be able to pull it out with your fingers so its clearly faulty from new
I emailed informing them about the issue and could i send it back and get it fixed (at a cost goes without saying) or replaced and upgrade it at the same time
I got told ive voided the warrenty and they cant help and they arnt able to do upgrades at the moment , how convenient
Which says to me they are washing there hands of it ,they have my money and dont care so im 200+ quid down with a gun i cant fix ,all i want is a working AEG

Very poor dispatch time. Nearly one week from order to deliver. If I order from outside UK shops take 5-6 days, so I don't understand why I was waiting so long. But some items are a really good bargains

Very happy with my items get what you paid for good service
Ordered a last minute replacement platform following a failure of my regular primary. Selected a platform, it said on that page that delivery estimate is next day. Followed through to the basket / checkout, selected the most expensive service, still said delivery next day. Checked the T&C's regarding delivery, literally says if an item is needed for the weekend order before 2.45pm on Thursday.
My order was placed at 1.39pm on Thursday.
Followed up with an email saying that I needed the item for the weekend.
Received a response the the next morning saying my order was with DX and a tracking number. Checked the tracking and it said they were expecting my item.
Emailed back, asking if my item was dispatched yesterday (Thursday) and got a reply saying it was packed this morning (Friday) which was the day I needed it delivered.
Emailed again expressing my disappointment but that email was ignored. No apology, no explanation.
I'm fully aware that ordering something on Thursday and expecting delivery on Friday is a short timeframe BUT when the delivery estimate on the item is next day, the checkout says next day AND the literal description of my situation "if you need something for the weekend it needs to be ordered before 2.45pm on Thursday" was all pointing to delivery being next day I would expect to receive my order.
Instead, I had to use someone else's primary for my scheduled game.
The item I ordered came on Monday and is yet to be used as I didn't have a game this weekend.
Had the website been up front and set expectations for a Monday delivery I would have taken more time to choose a platform instead of quickly selecting something that I thought would be ok.
Stock selection at patrolbase is great but the lack of empathy or any explanation / straight up ignoring dissatisfied customer emails is not on.
This is the sort of thing that will make me check other suppliers ahead of patrolbase going forward. Smaller companies seem to care more. If you're inundated with orders and can't ship things out that have had a premium postage paid for then maybe you need more staff dedicated to packing and posting.
Add to that, the platforms box was damaged but the shipping box was not so it was also packed with a hole in the box.

I ordered a m249 para sport l. And the magazine doesn't feed properly. I sent an email week's ago and have not received anything back. So I would appreciate it if you could respond back please as it has been a while since I sent an email.

Great service. Speedy and no need for after sales care.
Ordered a two tone ak47 which arrived earlier than stated which was good. Unfortunately it did not work so had to send it back by carrier. Although this was some faffing about but now back in perfect working order. As they have you take it apart prior to painting I can only assume this was the cause. Unfortunately they do not let you know what the reason was for not working. At the end of the day I was happy with my purchase.
High quality product that came earlier than expected so I could use it for my game day, would definitely recommend.
