Their customer service team has been pretty good but I've received two faulty products on separate occasions, this has led to me needing returns of these items. It would have been nice if something such as a refund of the next day delivery was added or a free upgrade to this delivery on a future order.

But I didn't get the items! As I made a booboo and recentlyoved house and hadn't changed my address with my UKARA.

I've recently done so, but the email I received letting me know they were really nice and was very helpful!

Much appreciated the help and hopefully near the end of the month I can place the order again and leave a proper review!

The reason it falls short of 5 stars for me is that whenever there is an issue that is being sorted, unless you take the initiative to call or email everyday, you will seldom get any updates from them. Other than that, atellar people as well as a stellar sercice

I've 5 pistols now , i tried a rifle bur with my arthritis i realized I couldn't load it without hurting my fingers, i asked to return it very easy and quick refund !! They offer advice from all departments which is ace as if your a beginner this is really helpful ! I love my pistols and advice from the um chat board got me a license as im disabled I could do the "skirmish" bit ! But I now have a license at £40 a year meaning I can have the all black and they keep your registration so not have to enter details every time ! That's handy ! Look these guys/girls are ace ! All the best to you all !

Over the years I have bought many items from Patrol Base, from parts to the big guns. Often went on to the site for somthing simple and ended up buying more guns. They are dangerous lol a bit like Lidl, you go in to buy bake beans and bread and come out with a Padle board and Range scope (actually did get a range scope in Lidl Mad)

Patrol base for me are the best. Great service and when I have called fantastic staff. Well done, just wish you would expand and open a London walk in store, but hey looks like me and my team (Double Tap East Mercenaries) will be heading up north soon.

Only problem IV had is the last time iv used patrol base is the nuts and bolts on my gun were second hand and I no this because they were well used all rugged and out of shape

The staff are really helpful if you need assistance, my order was shipped very quickly and arrived well packaged. They have a great selection of everything you need to start off or for the seasoned player. 100% recommend.

I would say this is one of the premier airsoft shops in U.K.,the prices are competitive with other shops.and they have quite a good selection in.......but the customer service is fantastic really if your looking for something and the sales person don't know they will pass you on to someone who will..and there order/warehouse staff are really friendly,and do there best to help you overall great shop,great staff,nice prices.....

I brought a gun used it for the first time and would only shoot one bb then wouldn't shoot any more have emailed twice about it but had no reply

Great range of airsoft guns but not so great for matching accessories (like mags) and parts, and the returns process is extremely questionable. I’ve returned items and simply never got my money back until I phones up… only to be told the box was under a pile of other boxes.

I even had one occasion when I was sent a CO2 gun after ordering a GBB.

I tend to buy my mags elsewhere first, and then get the matching gun from Patrolbase.
