I was misled by a Customer Service Rep by being given incorrect information at the onset, which led to my order not being fulfilled - this was forgivable because employees often may not know all the rules, they could be new or there could have been a genuine misunderstanding, etc. What is unforgiveable though was the lack of any kind of apology bearing in mind their upfront information was misleading. I will buy from Patrol Base in the future, however, I will be very wary of information given going forward.

I like that you have a large array of products
Customer service over the phone has been good
Online videos are insightful
Product detail is probably the best out there.
Order processing time is always lacking.
I usually wait a maximum of 3 days from pretty much all other retailers unless stated otherwise but it's usually at least 5-7 days for frankly slightly spenny basic delivery service which is an offput for small orders.
I only tend to order from PB for essential items

If the price of postage came down and items got delivered quicker I might consider more often.

I once had an order completely lost and had to ring up after the 'warehouse' item was 'in stock', just to find out my order was lost. Overall probably knocking on 3 month wait.

Not the best from a (or if not THE) Airsoft 'giant'.

This is close to being 5 stars if you sort it out.
On the other hand, was very close to being 3.

Really friendly customer service who helps out with whatever problems you have and any questions you have too.

The SA F05 is fairly good as a starter gun, however I would have preferred the Instruction Manual to be in paper form as I am not very trch savvy - saying that You Tube had an instructional video which talked me through the process of activating the gun mosfet.

Very nice rife high quality and painted very well just shoots slightly to the right but not a major issue but every thing else was perfect service was great and very helpful would recommend

Overall I'm best pleased.
Patrol Base supplied a product exactly as described and promised. Good solid electric pistol.
Two tone service and delivery prompt, delivery made on day expected and promised, tracking excellent on updates for DX courier van.
Safety switch has removed a little paint in its arc of travel. Front sight peg sometimes difficult to distinguish against foliage with the Green paint option. Perhaps an orange or white spot? No other niggles.

Great people, very helpful, my orders came quicker than stated on invoice, kept informed of delivery date and times. Good value goods

For as long as I have been in Airsoft then I have been using Patrol Base for guns and gear. They have always been reliable and consistent and up to date.

Speedy and no hastle delivery.

Hydration pack leaks, suppressor doesn't fire straight and chest rig a bit too small. Total waste of money

An amazing selection of weapons from all sorts of manufacturers, the customer support is good but gets complicated when requesting a refund for a product.

Do research on the item and be sure its the one you want before you buy it.

Amazing selection and the descriptions are very helpful (I found extra mags using the rigs description) everything I needed in one order only slight downside is the additional length for the two tone service but ultimately a great team their side.

The gun came not functioning, not possible to load or shoot the gun.

First time I plugged it in, the positive wire came undone from the Tamiya connector.
In a bit of a pinch and not got the time to return it, I just re-crimped it. Works fine now

Maybe suggest advertise battery and charger not all newbies know this. Or if your buying for someone else.

Delivery was good the website is good prices are good but durability of the dessert eagle isn't great my son dropped the magazine and it's been loose and leaking has ever since and the m4 I bought for myself has only fired a handful of bbs and hasn't worked since... the motor works fine dosnt seemed to be blocked in any way but no bbs are registering through it and the dragon over sniper rifle has blocked a few times despite using the recommended size bbs
