Overall this has been a horrible experience.
So I ordered a specna arms prime ak, when I ordered it it was less than a month from its release. It arrived with rust forming on the receiver (I don't know how this could happen when it has only just released, it's not like it was in storage for a year) with chips on the black paint and a section on the anodised handguard that hadn't taken the anodising (manufacturing defect).
Patrol base took a week to respond to my email, at best throughout this I got emailed once a week which is unacceptable. They told me the rif is out of stock and tried to brush off the damage with an offer of about 5% partial refund, I was surprised to hear they didn't have a couple left in stock kept for warranty issues. They did offer to swap the rif handgun onto a different model but with it also having anodising issues this wasn't a great option, or to return the rif for a refund. I asked when they were likely to get a restock (I do want this specific model with this very cool colour and had been waiting for it's release for months so I was very excited to get it) and they couldn't give me a date so I would likely struggle to re-order if it came back in stock before it went out of stock again. I have checked the website after all this and it is in stock but they didn't give me the option of swapping for a non damaged rif. This has been a horrific experience, I don't think it would have felt this awful if the responses didn't take a week each time to come in, it's taken a month and I am not happy with the resolution.
Additionally the courier they chose to use only delivers on week days and only at times when people are in work, I even took a day off work to collect this and they didn't show up that day. Very difficult to collect from a courier with these kind of restrictions if you work.

Not to pleased being as honest as I can be! I contacted patrol base for advice on a purchace I was about to make - the item listed said it didn’t come with a battery so I asked for there Input so I had a battery added to my order and then a charger to go with it and then a bad to charge it all safely in costing close to another £50 - when it arrived I opened the package to find the item did have a battery and also a charger so I’ve got 2 of everything now so I could of saved a little chunk of money if the staff knew what the product I purchased included!
But I can’t say it was all bad as I spoke to a couple of the team and a guy I spoke to was fantastic great advice and helped me get a membership within minutes to complete the sale!
Mainly disappointed but they are a good company was referred by a friend who speaks highly

Bought this for an actual rifle rather than an air gun and I must say what a brilliant bag it is , it has every pocket you will ever need and it’s more than sturdy enough to carry a real metal bullet gun for such a good price

Very very good AEG, runs fantastic out of the box on a 7.4 battery. I tried it on 0.25g and it was firing hot so I would recommend using 0.30 straight away as that was running 10 under at the start of the day and then after a few hours of gameplay the fps was increasing to only be within 3-4 under the limit for 0.30g. Fantastic AEG with brilliant range and accuracy.

Ordered a few products online, each of which were in stock. Paid and told the delivery day is estimated for a Thursday. On Friday I emailed for an update as my parcel hadn't arrived and received no notification of dispatch. I was then told it had not been dispatched and would be that day. Few moments later I was emailed again to be told my item was not in stock. No apology, just an option for a refund. I then had to purchase my item elsewhere and await additional delivery times and have to wait 5 days for my refund. Not the service I am used to with PatrolBase

Items ordered on 26th Jan, email confirming order stated expected delivery Tuesday 3rd February. I called on Tuesday 3rd to ask for an update on my order, I was told that it had not been picked yet. I was able to cancel the order on the same call which was okay, but would rather I had received my order.
