If you're looking for a sturdy upgrade to your AEG, you can't get any better than something from Bolster Armouries. The Bolster Armouries AOE Correction Washer is the perfect easy upgrade for your Airsoft AEG. It fits behind the piston head and ensures your replica has the perfect angle of engagement. This is the angle at which the first tooth of the piston toothing comes into contact with the toothing of the sector gear. If the AOE is incorrectly adjusted, the piston guiding rails and the first piston tooth are subjected to increased wear.

The correct AOE adjustment significantly increases the lifetime of a piston, it can also reduce the chance of your Airsoft platform jamming, which often occurs when the angle of correction is not correct. The FPS will also be more consistent due to a smoother and more precise engagement when firing the AEG.

This set includes 10 o-rings designed to fit around the HOP-up unit and inner barrel, forcing it back to meet the gearbox as seamlessly as possible to promote maximum efficiency and reduce shot-to-shot FPS deviation.

This set is designed to replace the "one size fits all" HOP-up unit spring, providing a user-customisable solution to account for manufacturing tolerances. While this will take a bit of trial and error to get the perfect fit for your AEG it should prevent airseal qualities from reducing over time and avoid that annoying realisation that you forgot to reinstall the HOP-up spring after upgrading or maintenance!

This will require familiarity with AEG internals to install, and installation will likely void the warranty of your original AEG, so make sure you're certain, or that your warranty period has expired, before attempting installation. 

Bolster Armouries EZO Ball-Bearing Bushings are designed and manufactured by Sapparo Precision Inc. in Japan and have been chosen by the Bolster team thanks to their extremely low friction, high-quality steel construction and fantastic reputation in a wide range of industries.

Specialists in medium and miniature ball bearings, Sapporo Precision bearings have a wide range of applications; in this case, reducing friction and extending the lifespan of whichever AEG they're installed inside. These bearings allow the gears to spin freely at a tremendous rate under high stress with minimal chances of failure, all while reducing stress on the gearbox shell and gear axles.

These are the same bearings used in Bolster Armouries' ultra high-end ONYX [Violet Edition] and ONYX [Blackout] builds and have performed phenomenally, proving to be far stronger than the average ball-bearing bushings. Compatibility-wise, these EZO Bearings will fit any AEG gearbox shell with 8mm bushing holes. Built on the bedrock of 21 highly successful previous Bolster Armouries releases, the AEGIS Advanced M4 AEG is Bolster's first foray into high-end military-style replicas.
