On each side of the toe of the stock, we are treated to a QD sling socket with an additional centrally placed socket on the stock mount, giving you plenty of sling options on board by default. The stock base also includes a 20mm Picatinny optics rail, allowing you to get on target with a red dot sight or scope on your AAP and take pure advantage of the additional support provided by the stock. 

To install the stock, you will need to remove your rear sight and the pin holding the hammer housing in place. The stock mounts between these two parts, improving on similar stocks for Glock pistols with the additional point of contact for extra strength. 

To adjust the stock, simply hold down the low-profile trigger style adjustment lever and extend the stock to your position of choice. Folding the stock is as simple as pressing the button on the left side and swinging the stock over to the right side where it will lock in place. Folding the stock gives you the option of returning the AAP-01 to its more compact routes for CQB and adjusting the length of pull allows you to use thick body armour vests without compromising your comfort. 

The cheek rest can also be adjusted in the same way as that of the latest ACR stock design; push it rearward to unlock, lift it up into the raised position and push the cheek rest forward again to lock it in place. This means if you run a full face mask for indoor play you can drop the cheekrest for an easier view down your sights and raise the cheekrest for outdoor skirmishes where you may choose a lower profile face protection solution.
