Description

As a non-blowback pistol, all the gas delivered to your shot from the Magazine is used to propel the BB as there is no need to use surplus gas to blow the slide back. For this reason, the weapon is incredibly efficient, meaning you will get at least two and a half magazines from a single charge of gas.

The other benefit of this is that the weapon is stupendously quiet, especially with the included suppressor installed. So much so, that it's not unheard of for MK23 players to get stepped on in the field before they're spotted. The suppressor acts as an inner barrel extension which serves to increase the output FPS of the pistol when installed, but also to improve accuracy and consistency.

As a platform for upgrades the ASG MK23 has a lot of potential; being compatible with VSR-10 inner barrels and HOP-up buckings provides the opportunity to push the MK23's performance way beyond what most Airsoft pistols are capable of. Due to the FPS increase from the suppressor, you must chrono your weapon with the suppressor installed if you plan to use it during play, and be aware that as the day gets hotter, your weapon may creep up in power so make sure to recheck yourself with a marshal if there's any doubt.

Special Instructions

This weapon is a non-blowback, meaning the slide does not cycle when the weapon is fired, making it much more efficient. Please do not manually work or rack the slide as it is not designed to do this and will cause damage.

This product does not function with ASG Blaster 0.2g BBs and will require another brand of BB such as Nuprol RZRs.

These table can be used as a reference to see if the BB weight you are using will be over acceptable Joulage limits at some Airsoft Sites in the UK. To check if the weight can be used chrono your weapon using the BB you intend to use, and then compare it to the chart.

FPS, Power and Joule Limits can vary from site to site, so please get in touch with where you're going to play with in advance to avoid disappointment.

Suggested limits are based on Joulage Limit rules used Halo Mill: Proving Grounds, with a 350fps limit for Automatic Replicas, 400fps for Semi-Automatic Replicas, and 500fps for Bolt Action Replicas.
