If installed correctly, this should boost FPS but your results will depend on your cylinder volume and other aspects of your internal setup. 

Compatibility-wise, the PUD is ideal for rifles and SMGs, mounting to 14mm CCW male threaded outer barrels. While it may fit, we don't recommend this device for GBB pistols due to its weight; this will reduce gas efficiency and risk damage to the barrel itself in tilting barrel pistol designs. The inner barrel extension is a replacement for your current inner barrel and will need some technical disassembly, or alternatively, if you don't need any more FPS you can always just use the alloy suppressor itself.

The suppressor is attached via the 11mm CCW thread and fits over the inner barrel for a seamless upgrade.
