Ares AR-308 Series Quick Detachable Suppressor

The Ares AR-308 Series Quick Detachable Suppressor is designed for the sexy new DMR range from Ares, the AR-308. The suppressor mounts to the muzzle brake of the AR-308 using its quick detach apparatus, and can be installed and removed in seconds, matching real steel QD suppressor functionality.

The external design of the suppressor has a lot of details, including weight-reducing dimples around the circumference and a notched collar design to allow for ample grip when adding and removing the suppressor.

The suppressor is mounted by aligning it with the muzzle brake of the Ares AR-308, and requires pulling to the rear and turning 90 degrees clockwise with the muzzle facing away. This will lock the suppressor to the muzzle brake with zero wobble and a tight fit. Reversing the process will release the suppressor again, meaning you can quickly add and remove the suppressor when the mood or mission suits.

The markings on the suppressor body are laser engraved in white, and read "USMC PART NO.18-1023-AXA-03 - .308/.300 BLACKOUT - SERIAL NO>2279-NSN-TP-HK - AXA SUPPRESSOR". The markings are styled to mimic real steel suppressors, to the point of including a mock NSN number and markings indicating the calibre compatibility of real AR-10 suppressors. At the front, we are treated to the ever comical "FRONT TOWARD ENEMY ->" marking, found on many real steel suppressors. This may seem like common sense but can prevent you from accidentally attempting to install the suppressor backwards when working under pressure and pumped with adrenaline.

So, if you are building out your Ares AR-308 for DMR duties, it would be rude not to add a suppressor for a sneaky DMR look! If you own the AR-308 this suppressor is the best one for the job, and is as beautifully finished as the exceptional AR-308 series itself!
