Description

The Desert Eagle is a model which has not had much attention over the years; probably due to Tokyo Marui making such an outstanding replica of it already that no one had needed bother... until now. In usual HFC fashion, this replica offers exactly the same experience as the TM Desert Eagle at a fraction of the price, and at the cost of less availability of parts.

The exterior of this pistol is constructed from Polymer to an almost identical standard as the Tokyo Marui version, albeit with slightly different finishes to the plastics. This Polymer external is built around a rugged Alloy frame which not only keeps everything sturdy but adds a realistic weight which makes this replica feel like a true beast in the hand.

The magazine is much larger than standard pistol magazines, which gives you fantastic gas efficiency; expect to get at least two clean magazines out of one fill of gas. The mags are also a direct clone of the TM ones, which means the magazines are interchangeable (tested TM mag inside HFC pistol).

This pistol has absolutely blown any misconception we ever had about budget handguns clean out of the water; it scores an easy 10/10 for every field as far as we're concerned. The quality feels on par with the TM model, with only a slight difference in the plastics, it shoots and recoils as well as the TM, is interchangeable with TM mags and costs nearly a third of the price. What's not to love?!

These table can be used as a reference to see if the BB weight you are using will be over acceptable Joulage limits at some Airsoft Sites in the UK. To check if the weight can be used chrono your weapon using the BB you intend to use, and then compare it to the chart.

FPS, Power and Joule Limits can vary from site to site, so please get in touch with where you're going to play with in advance to avoid disappointment.

Suggested limits are based on Joulage Limit rules used Halo Mill: Proving Grounds, with a 350fps limit for Automatic Replicas, 400fps for Semi-Automatic Replicas, and 500fps for Bolt Action Replicas.
