Description

Built as a love letter to RPK style machine guns, the JG101 RK-74 is a gorgeous and realistic replica of the real world equipotent featuring beautiful wooden furniture seen on the handguard, grip and stock, giving it a tactile feel like no other. The rest of the LMG sports full metal construction on the barrel, upper and lower receiver, all coming together in a realistically weighted piece, that both looks and feels the part, with an integrated bipod to complete the look.

The bipod is easy to access, just like on the real weapon, being deployed by pushing the legs together and unhinging outward, ready to be leant against surface in view of where you want your covering fire to be rained down upon!

Seen atop the barrel and the middle of the receiver are the open top front sight and rear tangent sight, adjusted for range. Below the left hand side of the receiver is a Dovetail side rail which accepts side rails or compatible sights, so that you can attach your favourite sights and scopes to complete the package.

For additional customisation, you have the option to add tactical equipment at end of the outer barrel assembly, as it features a 14mm CCW thread. If you really wanted you could make this weapon even longer! The choice is there.

Internally a nice addition this rifle has is the adjustable HOP-up unit, allowing adjustments for windage and elevation as well as backspin on your BB's or the option to use slightly heavier BB's. To gain access to the HOP, simply pull back the tab extrusion on the right hand side behind the handguard.

The JG1101 is based off the Version 3 gearbox and is rear wired to the fixed stock, allowing plenty of room to install batteries, ensuring you'll be able to lay down the pain all day long!

Included in the box is a 600rnd Waffle-style magazine which is a wheel-wound design, 8.4v 1100mAH NiMH battery, and EU 2 pin charger, which is everything you need to take this AEG out on the field and get blasting. These table can be used as a reference to see if the BB weight you are using will be over acceptable Joulage limits at some Airsoft Sites in the UK. To check if the weight can be used chrono your weapon using the BB you intend to use, and then compare it to the chart.

FPS, Power and Joule Limits can vary from site to site, so please get in touch with where you're going to play with in advance to avoid disappointment.

Suggested limits are based on Joulage Limit rules used Halo Mill: Proving Grounds, with a 350fps limit for Automatic Replicas, 400fps for Semi-Automatic Replicas, and 500fps for Bolt Action Replicas.
