If you want to turn your M4, SMG-5, G3 or other V2 gearbox-equipped platform into an advanced space gun, the Double Eagle FALCON 2.0 Programmable MOSFET for V2 Gearbox should do the trick! This is the same FALCON EFCS system installed in Double Eagle's superb M90x range, including the UTR45, UTR556 and AX//15 rifles. Once installed, the FALCON offers a wide range of programmable fire mode options along with adjustable trigger sensitivity and the usual improvements in rate of fire and trigger response a MOSFET provides. 

Available fire modes include 1-5 round burst, binary trigger (fire on trigger pull and on release), and 3 levels of trigger sensitivity, from a super short hair trigger to a more realistic full trigger pull. The FALCON will also warn you of any electrical anomalies by vibrating your motor 3 times and cutting off power to protect itself and will also cut power if your battery is running too low, indicating with 5 motor vibrations. The only thing the FALCON doesn't do is shoot the AEG for you!

If you seek more accuracy or range from your AEG, the Prometheus HOP-up Tensioner for AEGs will help you achieve it! Supplied as a pack of two tensioners, you can choose between a "Bridge" style design with a central groove designed to reduce side-to-side deviation and thus, enhance accuracy, or a "Flat" style design intended to achieve maximum range. The contact surface provided by this HOP-up nub (another word for tensioner) is far larger than the standard, resulting in a stronger backspin effect and extended range with heavy-weight BBs.

The two tensioners included in the set are of different colours; one purple and one black. FPS Softair brings us a Carbon Fibre Reinforced AEG Tappet Plate for use with version 2 gearboxes. It is specially formulated to be strong yet flexible enough to bend slightly.

The plate is constructed from extremely lightweight polycarbon and is designed to be attached to the air nozzle and sector gear. This process controls the feeding of BBs from the magazine into the hop up chamber.

If you're building a gearbox from scratch or have some repairs to carry out, the KRYTAC Air Nozzle w/ O-Ring for M4/AR-15 AEG is a handy spare to have around just in case. This nozzle is the same used in the KRYTAC Trident and REC7 range, constructed from polymer with an inner O-ring to enhance air seal qualities. Compatibility-wise, this nozzle is designed for version 2 gearbox-equipped M4/AR-15 AEGs and has an overall length of 21.15mm.

If you are experiencing issues with semi-automatic as your AEG gets older, the likelihood is your switch assembly/trigger contacts have become corroded and need replacing. Fortunately KRYTAC are here to provide a complete pre-wired switch assembly, complete with their in-line MOSFET which provides protection to the circuitry and prevents the AEG from firing if the battery voltage drops too low. If you are looking for a replacement piston for your Real Sword or CM.057 variant SVD, then CYMA has come to the rescue! For those working on a build which pushes the limits, you will require some decent gears! Introducing the VFC Avalon 18:1 Steel gearset, a standard ratio gearset constructed from hardened steel. If you have HOP-up woes with your SMG-5 this could be what you need to fix it up! The CYMA HOP-Up Chamber with Rubber and Nub for SMG-5 AEG is a replacement original part for the CM.027 SMG-5 series but should also work in any TM based SMG-5 AEG (not NGRS variants). When upgrading your gearbox bearing spring guides should always be considered because they will improve the life-span of a spring by reducing sideways stresses.
