Description

ASG's replica pistol is based on Ruger's updated variant of their venerable small calibre MK2 pistol. ASG have accurately recreated the Ruger's unique appearance, from its simplistic, tubular plumbing-like design, to the modernised MK2s ergonomic grip. The outer barrel even has accurately copied the real MK2s weight-saving fluted design. ASG have constructed the compact and lightweight MK2 from authentic materials, with an Alloy upper frame and outer barrel, paired with a Polymer grip and lower frame. Due to the MK2's non-blowback (NBB) design with fixed slide and no external moving parts, the MK2 is incredibly gas efficient, allowing the Magazines to be reloaded with Airsoft BBs multiple times before the gas has completely run out. As an added bonus, the lack of moving parts results in almost silent operation, as the MK2 is one of the quietest CO2 pistols we have ever used. The MK2 features enhanced raised target style rear sights, and a fibre front sight, allowing users to easily acquire and engage targets. If you're looking for an incredibly practical, simple Airsoft pistol, then the MK2 Ruger is an excellent choice. Robust, easy to use and with surprisingly powerful performance for such as small pistol, the MK2 is an interesting and unique addition to any Airsofter's arsenal.

Special Instructions

The externals of the replica are metal where they would be on the real world gun. This includes things like the outer barrel, handguard, and receiver. If a real world gun has polymer parts then the gun will still be marked as full metal externals, examples of this would be an M4, where the Stock and Pistol grip are always made from Polymer.

These table can be used as a reference to see if the BB weight you are using will be over acceptable Joulage limits at some Airsoft Sites in the UK. To check if the weight can be used chrono your weapon using the BB you intend to use, and then compare it to the chart.

FPS, Power and Joule Limits can vary from site to site, so please get in touch with where you're going to play with in advance to avoid disappointment.

Suggested limits are based on Joulage Limit rules used Halo Mill: Proving Grounds, with a 350fps limit for Automatic Replicas, 400fps for Semi-Automatic Replicas, and 500fps for Bolt Action Replicas.
