The CM.360M M3 Super 90 from CYMA is a spring-powered pump action shotgun which uses the Tokyo Marui Tri-shot system, meaning with each trigger pull you get 3 BBs headed downrange from 3 separate inner barrels, improving hit probability by providing a shotgun-like spread pattern.

We have seen Tri-shot shotguns before, and even M3 Super 90 style ones, so what makes this so special?
