The CYMA CM.041H is a new model in the Platinum series, which offers a solid external build combined with awesome internal components, for an SMG-5 experience like no other. With an internal MOSFET, CNC steel gears and more contained within a reinforced Version 2 Gearbox, this is one of the finest SMG-5s available at the moment. Quoted to have a ROF of 25RPS and a very fast trigger response, this is perfect for getting gritty up at the front of the skirmish.

Description

This Airsoft Electric Gun is an SMG-5 that has been heavily modernised with external furniture, and had a massive update internally. This gun is part of the CYMA Platinum series, meaning that this gun has a MOSFET to protect the electrical components and provide a faster trigger response, as well as some other internal goodies that we'll cover later.

Externally, this update to the SMG-5 features a 6.3" M-LOK handguard that comes included with a foregrip. This foregrip can be replaced with your own, and there are plenty of slots left for lasers, tactical flashlights and more. The outer barrel features the typical SMG-5 flash hider lug, but this can be removed to reveal a 14mm CCW thread for suppressors, tracer units and other muzzle devices. The stock at the rear of the gun is a five-position short buffer tube mounted stock that can be set to multiple lengths to suit all users. The gun comes included with a 20mm rail mount for the upper receiver, allowing you to install sights and scopes straight out of the box. The included magazine is a beautiful modern design that features mock bullets, visible through the side window, for enhanced realism.

As you would expect of an SMG-5 replica, the fire selector and magazine release are ambidextrous, meaning they can be operated from both sides of the gun. That means that whether you're a left or right handed player, you will be able to comfortably use this Airsoft gun. The trigger is a flat/blade design which makes for an even trigger pull, and improves response time with a shorter travel. A set of sling loops can be found at the front and rear of the gun, to make use of a one, two or three point sling setup. An additional QD sling socket can be found on the polymer buffer tube mounted stock, and can be used from either side.

Internally, the CM.041H features a reinforced Version 2 Gearbox, making it very easy to work on, and highly compatible with upgrades. The AEG is controlled by a MOSFET that protects the electrical components and provides a faster trigger response. Other internal components include; Polycarbonate piston w/ full steel rack, CNC machined steel gear set (13:1 Ratio), CNC machined aluminium silent cylinder and piston head, spring guide w/ bearings and a high speed motor. An adjustable HOP unit can be found by pulling the charging handle to the rear (can be locked by lifting it up at the rear position). Inside you will see a slider tab that can be moved to apply more or less HOP to your BBs, for increased lift in the air.

Included in the box is the gun itself and a 130rnd mid-cap magazine that is filled using a speedloader. If you're looking for a highly upgraded and awesome performing SMG-5 with gorgeous, modern furniture, without having to do any tinkering out of the box, then the CYMA CM.041H is perfect for you.

These table can be used as a reference to see if the BB weight you are using will be over acceptable Joulage limits at some Airsoft Sites in the UK. To check if the weight can be used chrono your weapon using the BB you intend to use, and then compare it to the chart.

FPS, Power and Joule Limits can vary from site to site, so please get in touch with where you're going to play with in advance to avoid disappointment.

Suggested limits are based on Joulage Limit rules used Halo Mill: Proving Grounds, with a 350fps limit for Automatic Replicas, 400fps for Semi-Automatic Replicas, and 500fps for Bolt Action Replicas.
