If you are looking for the functionality of a multi reticle reflex optic but with a bit more strength and resistance to drops, consider the Reflex Red/Green Dot sight from PCS. Complete with an aluminium armoured hood, this sight is very much suited to the rigors of heavy use at an Airsoft Skirmish.

Full description

This Reflex sight may look familiar due to the protective aluminium armoured hood, though that is all it has in common with the well known optic you think this is. The hood is actually at the front of the sight instead of the rear, so look out for people telling you your optic is on backward!

The objective lens of this optic has a mirrored finish, to prevent your reticle from being visible from the dangerous end of your rifle. The On/Off switch can be found on the left side of the optic, and also controls the brightness and reticle colour. To turn the optic on, simply press the button. To turn it off you will need to hold the button down for 3 seconds. To scroll through the 6 brightness settings a quick touch of the button is all that is necessary. To switch between colours, the button needs to be held for 2 seconds. One of the more impressive features of this reflex sight is the internal memory, which will default to the last brightness setting you used on either colour! This means you can set your green dot brightness and red dot brightness to different levels, and quickly switch within seconds when the ambient light conditions change.

The sight can be zeroed using the included allen key, with the elevation adjustment being accessible from the top, and the windage adjustment on the left side. The battery compartment is on the right side of the optic and takes 3x LR41 button cells. The reticle selector switch can be found at the rear of the optic, allowing use of 4 different reticle types, including a red dot, ringed dot, crosshair and ringed crosshair. This allows you to more effectively engage moving targets with the crosshair or keep your field of view unobstructed with the dot reticle. The sight has an integrated QD Picatinny 20mm rail mount, allowing quick removal from your RIF should the batteries run low. The throw lever for the quick detach feature is found on the left side of the optic.

This optic would be perfect for the reflex sight user who is a bit rough with their kit and would prefer something with some added structure and drop protection. The multiple reticle types give this sight some added utility for both CQB and outdoor skirmishes.
