Delivery Information
With Christmas fast approaching and couriers getting busier, we strongly recommend placing your festive orders as early as possible to avoid delays and disappointment. We’ll continue updating this blog with the latest delivery information as we get closer to Christmas Day, so be sure to check back regularly.
If you don’t have a UKARA and need a Two-Tone replica, please keep in mind that our standard Two-Tone processing adds extra time to your order. This means there will be an earlier cut-off date to guarantee Christmas delivery.
However, if you’re worried about missing that deadline, our Pre Two-Tone rifles are the perfect solution. These replicas require no Airsoft defence, come already coloured, and are dispatched using our standard shipping times, meaning you can order them much later than the Two-Tone-specific service and still receive them in time for Christmas.
Patrol Base UK Warehouse
Items stocked in the Patrol Base UK Warehouse are available for immediate dispatch (except for items using our Two-Tone service). When you see the "In Stock" message in green, this means the item is stocked in our UK warehouse.
Standard Items
Standard items — meaning anything that does not require our Two-Tone painting service — can be dispatched quickly using either Standard Delivery or our 1–2 Day Dispatch service. These can be ordered much closer to Christmas, with the estimated cut-off being around one week before the big day. We’ll confirm the exact date nearer the time.
Two Tone Service
Airsoft replicas requiring our Two-Tone service need up to 8 working days for disassembly, painting, curing, reassembly, and final testing. Because demand increases significantly during the festive season, we strongly recommend ordering at least two and a half weeks before Christmas.
Patrol Base European Warehouse
Items stocked in the Patrol Base European Warehouse have extended delivery times due to international shipping and customs. When you see "In Stock at European Warehouse" in orange, the item is not located in the UK.
Standard Items
Standard items from our European Warehouse may take up to 21 days due to importing.
Two Tone Service
Items from our European Warehouse that require the Two-Tone service can take up to 8 working days on top of the 21-day shipping time.
