If you're gearing up, looking for convenience, protection and value, the GFC Tactical QR MOLLE Plate Carrier Vest 8944-1 has your name on it! Made from 500D Nylon with polymer buckles and Velcro panels on the front and rear, this plate carrier-style tactical vest boasts MOLLE webbing loops on all sides, ready for MOLLE pouches to be added wherever needed.
Each shoulder features a pad with inner channels for comms cables and hydration hose routing, keeping your gear neat if you want to take it to the next level. The solid cummerbund provides extra protection and MOLLE real estate on both sides, ideal for skirmishers seeking extra protection and pouch space.
The set includes 5 x M4/AR-15 MOLLE mag pouches and 4 x 40mm MOLLE grenade shell pouches, ideally suited to MOSCART shells, getting you off to a flying start, whether you're running a launcher or not. If you prefer hand grenades over MOSCARTs and you want to make use of these pouches, the gas hand grenades of the StratAIM Range will fit neatly inside!
The highlight of the 8944-1 Vest is its quick-release shoulder and cummerbund buckles, saving you time readying for a skirmish by letting you don and remove your carrier in seconds, with no need to mess around with Velcro. Each QR buckle has the pull direction indicated on the buckle, along with a glove-friendly extension for easy access. QR Buckles are usually strictly found on far more expensive plate carriers: it's great to see GFC bringing high-end functionality to the affordable rig market!
On both the front and rear, we're equipped with Velcro panels with integral MOLLE loops, giving you space for Morale and ID patches, extra MOLLE pouches or one of those fancy phone holders which are becoming more and more common on skirmish sites. The rear also features a grab handle, used in the real world for dragging stricken soldiers to cover. This is a handy handle for carrying your rig to the game site, but we don't recommend using it to drag Airsofters around against their will!
