Im genuinly suprised at how well this works on a hot sweaty day where all my other eye pro was fogging instantly no matter what I did

Delivery came a couple days early, two tone was very good condition and not streaky at all, all products in good condition, will deffo use them again!

It’s a great little gun, but needs a replacement barrel as the stock one is a funny 2 part thing. No reflection on patrol base of course

One of the guns had a defect but they quickly fixed it and paid compensation

Twas good and the goggles holds up very well. numerous shots taken at 330 fps and not even a crack. The shipping was very good too

I ordered my m4 and some bbs on the 31st of July, it’s the 21st of August and it still hasn’t arrived, phoned up the other day to ask about my order, they said they’d call me back after checking the warehouse and still haven’t called, they are a great company I won’t lie but I feel a bit betrayed by the (estimated delivery date) and the (promises as such the employee gave me over the phone)

Cant get a battery to fit the gun

Ordered plenty of rifs from here was just this order that left me disappointed as on game day the rif wouldn’t work but the return is currently being handled so other than that absolutely no complaints

On this occasion the service was bad Can’t really write a review as it was never delivered and you had to return my payment because even though it was so posed to be in stock
Now over the last two years Patrol Base has been my go to airsoft shop just a little disappointed in this one service

Not long after receiving my gun the two tone paint began flaking off and rubbing off in fine particles whether it was rubbing against my clothes gloves or carry bag getting on my clothes hands and face then the gun suddenly stopped working and would only shoot if I reloaded it upside down often when I reloaded it it wouldn’t shoot and after using everything in the magazine I’d have to reload it upside down and shoot it to clear it so it often didn’t shoot unless it was reloaded upside down as for whatever reason bbs remained inside even after shooting everything sometimes the bbs in the magazine would get stuck which was really annoying and after emailing for a refund I didn’t get a response till days later and after being told a driver would come out in the next couple days to collect the gun no driver came I emailed asking would I get a refund and I am still yet to get a response I am incredibly disappointed with my purchase and it has caused me nothing but stress
