Very, Very Disappointing Experience
I placed my order on the 13/05/26 and I’m still waiting for the complete order to arrive.
This has been an incredibly frustrating experience.
To make matters worse, every time I’ve contacted customer service, the staff been unhelpful and provided little to no useful information or resolution. I expected much better communication and customer care.
It’s unacceptable to have to wait this long for an order without clear updates or a proper solution. Based on my experience there is no charge on m Gods green earth that I would recommend this company. Save yourself the stress. I wish did.

I found the entire experience great and the starter set of a rifle, 3 magazines and a loader with all the bells and whistles to start was great, greatly improved accuracy too, I got the tan and black to add some colour but it was the best starter purchase in my opinion.
The ordering was so easy and website simple to navigate. We found everything we needed. We also had the item safety painted in orange and although we expected it to be longer, we were happily surprised when the courier email came to our email to tell us it was shipped. Everything was well packed, undamaged and ready to use out of the box. THANK YOU
I have been using patrol base for 4 years and I have had mixed thoughts, however in the last year I have had great service..one thing I would like is a next day delivery service option when ordering before a set time.
Hi it was a quick and easy service, thank you . Normally postage to NI takes time but you were great .
We visited the shop personally just to see it in person and buy some gears and stuff as well and it didn’t disappointed us because you can check all their guns and stuff to feel it before buying it so you can be sure that it is the right gun or gear for you. Staffs are attentive to your concerns and suggest what’s best for you. Quick transactions were made as well. Even purchasing online can be very quick than expected from their delivery. Cheap price and better deals for all items compare to other sites and shops. The only downside for me is their store location, could be better if they have a 2nd store somewhere by the midlands or near wales.

Patrol base have lots of stock to fest your eyes on. I have ordered off them several times and they have never disappointed. I do highly recommend patrol base for all your airsoft needs

Terrible customer service. They did not respond to me about a question I had about one of the optics I bought among other things. It did not have a working diopter as advertised. Both packages I got from them also had damaged packaging including one with a damaged address label.

Brand new gun... doesn't work. Ive now got the hassle of sending it back!
Bought my first Airsoft pistol with patrol base it's been my go to for upgrades scopes & sights every little need got my self an AEG aswell and service was topnotch as always will always be my first go to for my Airsoft needs

My recent dealings with Patrol base were excellent, unfortunately their chosen carrier DPD were atrocious and eventually led to me cancelling my order. Patrol base customer service were great and my refund was processed quickly.
Great Submachine gun , FPS correct 340-350 on 0.20g bb But i RECOMMEND 0.25g bb , Hop up working perfect 50-60 METRES easy , i think this one its much better like some RIFLES gun :)

The Salient arms BLU gbb pistol was everything I had hoped for, 9/10 the only reason I don’t give it a 10 is because the barrel is a little bit rattly in its housing, as it’s my first gbb pistol I’m not sure if this is common? But it just felt a little bit off to me.
I also have to mention the customer service is absolute rubbish, my products were late even though I paid for the premium service! And there was no answer when I tried to phone and no answer to my emails! 0/10 for customer service!

Great quality products great service will buy from again
I'm happy with the rif eventually, but your communication is very poor. After ordering some upgrades from you at the same time as the rif and filling in the area for special instructions you sent it out with the part's in the box and not fitted. So then I had to send it back at my expense because of you not reading the instructions. This then turned into a 3 weeks wait & me chasing you.

Extensive stock on the website, always priced fairly and dispatched/delivered swiftly. Service is absolutely top tier, I’ve only ever had ONE occasion where I’ve had to return a RIF due to manufacturers error. Patrol base assessed, fixed and sent it back within 2 days of receipt. Earned a customer for life
