Absolutely shocking service. Will never order from PatrolBase again. Had an email after my order to say my UKARA wasn't accepted, rang your customer services to be told it wasn't valid while I was looking at my UKARA number showing as active on their own database. Refunded my order and took my custom elsewhere.

Order and delivery were perfect. Thankyou .. My grandson was delighted with his present.

Easy to understand the ordering process, very clear about the cost of having it painted, very clear about it shipping from somewhere that takes longer.

Great gun however upon receiving the box it had been opened previously as the seals were broken on the box and then first time using it the hop rubber was split upon discovery it didn’t shoot well

Ran into an issue where part of an order went missing, customer service (incl. an employee named Simon) was very helpful on the phone and had the situation resolved, with replacement AEGs sent. Also really like how detailed product descriptions and specifications are compared to other retailers.

Buy most of my kit through parol base they have a wide range of gear and generally have a good stock level

My grandson asked for all these items for Christmas, he had a look when they arrived and is thrilled with everything.

It’s good product services, would be even better if delivery is free when order reach certain amount, like £50 ..

I,m Derek,I,m a first gulf war veteran,and love Airsoft,it,s actually helps some o us WI PTSD.
I have just started Airsoft seriously,and have bought myself,some very good,and a couple of excellent purchases from PB.
My first buy,I bought a delta pioneer aeg 8 inch cab assault rifle,excellent gun for the money,but I would recommend getting the bundle pack,with any gun you buy if possible,they come with a bag o BB,s,a battery,a charger,and at least 1 mag.
I have also bought the architect bifrost muzzle and tracer flasher,again,superb quality item,I was amazed to see the fire spit out,I really cant make out how they do this,trust a veteran,this gives you a very real look,and very away at night,,,lol,,hide flashes in the dark if poss,.
I have also ordered the GA delta armoury Freya gen 2 10 inch m lock aeg rifle,alpha edition,meaning its full metal,this in my opinion is an amazing assault rifle for the price,an excellent size for both indoors and outdoor results,fitted with I good sight,you really can,t miss,,,,,no,,,,really,,,if you miss,,,,,you should give up shooting immediately,,,lol,,sorry,,,but I do think,,for that price,,it is an excellent aeg assault rifle.
I have also bought spare mags,BB,s,tracer BB,s,and not once has patrol base gave me any problems at all,apart from spot on info,and very helpful staff,so I would just like to say,I have found patroll base to be the best place in the UK for you,re Airsoft needs,,,,keep air,SOFT,,,lol,,,peace

Order received after 10 days. First they sent the wrong colour and I returned it back, then they sent the right colour but I had to return it again as this one was faulty. It’s very annoying as I waited 20 days in total only to end up with a faulty.
