Description
This electric-powered Bullpup is a replica of the OTs-03 SVU designed in Russian as a need to modernize the aged design of the SVD rifle for Security Forces. It takes the motifs of the original rifle and reassembles them in a much more compact but equally effective tool.
The construction on this replica is extremely good and features Aluminium and Steel for most parts of the externals, besides the Pistol Grip and Stock/Cheek Pad. It comes to a stunning weight of 3.6kg which is identical to the real thing (unloaded). The Suppressor at the end of the rifle can be removed (once you have removed the grub screw otherwise damage to threads could occur) to reveal a 14mm CCW Thread for other Muzzle Devices should you wish.
The Handguard is an M-LOK design which can accept M-LOK accessories or 20mm RIS adapters, and features a top full length 20mm rail for Sights and Scopes. A set of Flip-Up Ironsights are installed on the rifle out of the box, which can be folded away when not in use. The side of the Receiver has a Dovetail Rail underneath a Polymer cover (4 x Grub Screws to remove), which allows you install SVD accessories like the PSO-4 Optic.
The Magazine Release and Safety can be accessed from either side of the gun, which means it is possible for left handed players to comfortable use this platform. The Fire Selector is an AK/SVD style and is found on the offside of the Receiver, offering a Single and Automatic position. The rear of the rifle features a QD Sling Loop already installed for a One-Point Sling to attach straight away.
Behind the mock bolt you will find the Rotary HOP Unit which can be used in combination with heavy BBs (0.25g+) and fine tuning to achieve greater range and more stable flight. To access the Battery Compartment lift the rear Ironsight to press the button underneath and release the Top Rail. Twist the Gas Tube so that the top edge is flat and then slide the Top Rail forwards and lift it off. Reverse the process to refit. There is room inside the Handguard for a thin 7.4v Crane or Stick LiPo connected to the Mini Tamiya connector.
Included in the box is a 300rnd SVD style High-Cap magazine which holds a total of 300rnds and is wound from the bottom and filled from the top like any standard High Cap mag. If you're looking for a completely unique 'Sniper Rifle' which is ready to rock for CQB/Woodland play on Assault Rifle rules (315FPS Semi & Auto), then the CM.057C is a great choice.

Special Instructions
The externals of the replica are metal where they would be on the real world gun. This includes things like the outer barrel, handguard, and receiver. If a real world gun has polymer parts then the gun will still be marked as full metal externals, examples of this would be an M4, where the Stock and Pistol grip are always made from Polymer.

These table can be used as a reference to see if the BB weight you are using will be over acceptable Joulage limits at some Airsoft Sites in the UK. To check if the weight can be used chrono your weapon using the BB you intend to use, and then compare it to the chart.
FPS, Power and Joule Limits can vary from site to site, so please get in touch with where you're going to play with in advance to avoid disappointment.
Suggested limits are based on Joulage Limit rules used Halo Mill: Proving Grounds, with a 350fps limit for Automatic Replicas, 400fps for Semi-Automatic Replicas, and 500fps for Bolt Action Replicas.

In order to check if the BB can be used with your replica chronograph using the weight you wish to use and then compare it against the table.
Every time you change weights you will need to re-chrono and check against the table. This is not a conversion chart between weights.
