It is designed to mount to QD sling sockets, which can be found on many modern handguards, stocks and/or sling plates. As with all QD sling swivels, we recommend that you give this swivel a hard pull once clicked into your QD socket before applying any weight to ensure your sockets are functional and the sling swivel is in there securely.
