Who is NUPROL?
NUPROL is a distributor and manufacturer of Airsoft AEGs, spring-powered sniper rifles, BBs and gas specifically formulated for Airsoft use. Country of Origin
NUPROL originates in the UK, and the majority of its products are manufactured in China. NUPROL's name originates from its first product, the NUPROL line of Airsoft green gas. NUPROL derives from "New Propellant", and being a catchy name, it soon stuck!
Speciality
NUPROL specialise in Gas, BBs and their own line of beginner AEG assault rifles and spring-powered sniper rifles. NUPROL are also the UK distributor for many top Airsoft brands, including G&G, BOLT, A&K, LCT, WE and S&T, amongst many others.
NUPROL's flagship product is its line of specifically formulated Airsoft gas, designed for use in Airsoft gas blowback pistols, SMGs and rifles. NUPROL gas combines propane and butane, like many other Airsoft propellants, but was rigorously tested and formulated with a specific amount of silicone oil to keep the seals inside gas blowback guns fresh and keep them shooting at their best.
NUPROL also offer high-grade BBs as part of its RZR Precision BB range. RZRs are known to be fantastic BBs and are a staff favourite for the sheer variety of ammo types they offer, including biodegradable BBs for outdoor use, tracer BBs for use with tracer units and even biodegradable tracers and heavy weight sniper ammo for the walking bushmen with bolt actions.
Not content with giving you the consumables you need to keep pace with the enemy, NUPROL also offer a line of AEG rifles and spring sniper rifles designed with new players in mind. The NUPROL Pioneer range includes famous replicas like the M4/AR15 and AK47/74, made primarily from rock solid fibre reinforced polymers to provide performance in a lightweight package which is great for more casual skirmishers and those who are new to the sport.
Range of Products
NUPROL Gas
NUPROL's gas range is what put them on the map as a company. The range covers gas intended for use in summer and in polymer slide GBB pistols, their NUPROL 1.0 Gas, all the way up to the NUPROL black gas, known as NUPROL 4.0 which is intended for use in low temperatures and in gas blowback rifles.
The most common NUPROL gas is their green gas, known as NUPROL 2.0, which is great for most pistols all year round, and NUPROL 3.0 is also offered for gas blowback pistols with metal slides to help them perform when the weather gets cold and physics is against them!
NUPROL RZR 6mm Airsoft BBs
NUPROL RZR BBs are available in a wide range of weights, and types and in both standard and biodegradable forms. RZRs have a fantastic reputation amongst skirmishers in the UK thanks to their high quality polished finish and tight tolerances providing superb accuracy when compared to cheaper alternatives.
NUPROL RZRs can be had in weights between 0.2g and 0.4g, with biodegradable options for those who skirmish outdoors and tracer BBs which glow when illuminated with UV light after being fired through an Airsoft tracer unit. The sheer wealth of options available in the RZR range is arguably its greatest strength as you can switch between ammo types with reassurance that you won't have any sudden feeding issues or the need to retune your HOP-up unit as long as you stick to the same weight you set it with.
NUPROL Pioneer Beginner AEGs
NUPROL Pioneer AEGs are the perfect thing for beginners or more casual Airsoft skirmishers who don't want to break the bank but still want the performance advantages of high-end platforms.
NUPROL Pioneer AEGs all have 6.03mm tightbore inner barrels as they come from the factory, as well as rotary adjustable HOP-up units and reinforced gearboxes with low friction components, meaning they provide competitive performance and are fully upgradeable for those who decide they want to squeeze out a bit more performance later down the line.
The Pioneer AEGs are all constructed predominantly from high density polymer with an alloy outer barrel, buffer tube and gearbox shell, maintaining low weight with a strong alloy backbone where extra strength is needed. High density polymer has the benefit of having better scratch resistance than metal platforms which often scratch to reveal bare metal, making the gun look tatty over time. The Pioneer range is also available from the factory in VCRA-compliant two-tone colouration, with dyed injection moulded polymer parts which retain their finish far better than painted parts.
RAVEN
RAVEN is a NUPROL sub-brand which specialises in designing and manufacturing gas blowback pistols which take after real firearms designs visually and are constructed from metal in the same areas the real thing would be. RAVEN pistols are some of the cheapest GBB pistols available to Airsoft skirmishers, and they are also known to be reliable and effective sidearms, great for those who want their first taste of the intense recoil and immersive firing experience of GBB use.
RAVEN's range covers replicas of all the most famous and iconic pistol designs from the real firearms world, including their EU series, the R9, R226, Hi-capa and 1911 variants, giving you a RAVEN option no matter your tastes!
VORSK
NUPROL's other GBB pistol sub-brand, VORSK, specialises in unique GBB pistol designs with a customised exterior look, offering the same base platforms as RAVEN but with features such as threaded and fluted barrels, ported slides and pre-installed red dot reflex sights. The VORSK range boasts the same reliability and low pricepoint as RAVEN but are aimed at those who like a custom looking piece with a unique finish that is kitted out like an upgraded Airsoft pistol straight out of the box!
Of particular note are VORSK's VM9 OSIRIS GBB pistol, based on an experimental design which was nearly issued to the US Navy SEALs, and its VX9, which is the spitting image of a pistol wielded by a well known video game assassin with no hair and a barcode tattoo. We're sure you know who we are talking about! Designs such as these make VORSK unique in the Airsoft world, as other manufacturers tend to stick to military or otherwise real world firearms designs, and rarely deviate from this.
