A low-mounted compact red dot sight designed to mount to the "Claw Mount" lugs present on MP5, G3 and HK33/53 receivers directly, this Red Dot Sight is made from aluminium and offers both red and green reticle colour options with 5 intensity settings for each.
The unit is powered by a single CR2032 3V button cell (not included) and can be adjusted for windage and elevation using the capped turrets on the top and right side, respectively. Description
If you're running an SMG-5, G3 or HK33/53, the AIM-O Red Dot Sight for SMG-5/MP5 is a great shout! Made from aluminium and offering both red and green reticle illumination in 5 brightness levels, this low-profile red dot sight is designed to add as little bulk to your build as possible, while aligning well with the HK diopter sights.
The battery compartment is on the left side, inside the illumination adjustment dial, requiring the cap to be unscrewed to install a battery. This red dot sight requires a CR2032 3V button cell (not included). On the top and right sides, we can find the elevation and windage adjustment dials, capped turrets which can be adjusted using a flathead screwdriver or coin, with the caps removed.
To install the Red Dot Sight on your HK claw mount compatible receiver, simply unscrew the screws on the left side using the included Allen key, then remove the brackets. With this done, position the sight to align with the lugs on your receiver, with the angled surface on the sight facing rearwards. Last but definitely not least, replace the brackets and screws, tightening until hand-tight. You're now ready to rock!
