If you're running HPA at a site which limits mag capacity, the Airtac HPA Adapter for VMP-1 / VMP-2; CYMA Shotgun Shell is a fine choice! Designed for either the VMP-1 SMG or its rifle sibling, the VMP-2, this adapter is designed for US-spec HPA setup, feeding from 30rnd shotgun shell magazines from either CYMA or Golden Eagle.
HPA eliminates FPS fluctuation due to the "cooldown" effect, resulting in improved shot-to-shot consistency and improved accuracy down range, especially under rapid fire. It also enhances cold-weather performance, meaning you can still run your VMP in winter, when all the green gas-fuelled VMPs are in hibernation.
A shotgun shell adapter keeps the VMP compact, allowing you to get low in the prone position and make optimal use of cover. It also keeps magazine capacity reasonable and sportsmanlike, which will hopefully allow you to run HPA at more restrictive sites, which often limit magazine capacity with HPA-tapped pistols and SMGs.
Please note: Tuning of the adapter for shell compatibility may be necessary due to the tolerance differences between shell manufacturers. 3 Different length feed tubes are included to allow for this.

Special Instructions
This adapter is designed for Shotgun shell magazines. While most of these are cross-compatible, Airtac recommends using CYMA or Golden Eagle-branded shells, as these have a stronger feed spring than the alternatives (including original TM shells).
