This is a highly realistic Airsoft Replica of the Mosin Nagant Sniper Rifle, lovingly recreated with Real Wood Furniture and featuring an integrated winding Magazine for easy use. It also comes supplied with a Plastic Bayonet that will quick-attach to the muzzle for extra 'poke'.

Description

Bo Dynamics present their replica of the Mosin-Nagant (1891/30), in Bolt-Action Spring Sniper Rifle form. The Mosin is powered by an integrated Magazine that simply needs 15 BBs dropping into it and the wheel winding to be fully loaded. If you're looking for historical accuracy, or just a good laugh whilst skirmishing, the Mosin Nagant, whilst underpowered for a Sniper Rifle, is incredibly fun to use, thanks in part to the silky-smooth Bolt Action.

The externals of the Mosin Nagant are absolutely incredible, with Real Wood being used for the majority of the construction. Dotted around the Rifle are Brass highlights, two of which are solid sling loops for the connection of a traditional sling. The black parts of the Rifle on the externals are made from Alloy, to add up to a realistic weight and also for strength and realism.

The gun is powered by an integrated Magazine, located in the correct position. Simply open the bottom plate of the Magazine, drop 15 BBs into the system and wind the wheel to start feeding them into the Gun. One small wind should be sufficient to feed the full 15 rounds. The Bolt Action works just like any other Sniper Rifle, but is far smoother than other Spring Sniper Rifles. This is thanks in part to the lowish FPS (315FPS), but is also largely down to the construction. This does however make it extremely effective, being able to efficiently operate the bolt means more shots going down range to meet their targets. The ironsights on top of the Rifle can be adjusted for elevation, which could be useful for an Airsoft Game, provided you learn the respective ranges. The included Bayonet is easy to install, and simply clicks onto the Outer Barrel. Whilst it is a polymer design, it doesn't fully bend 90°, and so we can't guarantee that you'll be able to use it as a melee device on site.

The Rifle features an Adjustable HOP Unit, which is adjusted by turning the Grub Screw just behind the Rear Sight Post. This will apply backspin to your BBs and help them stay in the air for longer, especially with BBs heavier than 0.2g.

SPECIAL IN STRUCTIONS:

When loading this rifle with BBs it is important to wind the magazine system first before trying load BBs in. Once the magazine is fully primed and BBs added the cover will release the spring to help push BBs into the loading mech. If you try adding BBs before winding the magazine system it will cause permanent damage that will not be covered under any warranty.

These table can be used as a reference to see if the BB weight you are using will be over acceptable Joulage limits at some Airsoft Sites in the UK. To check if the weight can be used chrono your weapon using the BB you intend to use, and then compare it to the chart.

FPS, Power and Joule Limits can vary from site to site, so please get in touch with where you're going to play with in advance to avoid disappointment.

Suggested limits are based on Joulage Limit rules used Halo Mill: Proving Grounds, with a 350fps limit for Automatic Replicas, 400fps for Semi-Automatic Replicas, and 500fps for Bolt Action Replicas.
