The Bolster Armouries Premium AEG Spring is the best of the best when it comes to internal springs. These are the same springs used in our Bolster Armouries rifles, that's just how premium these springs are! If you want your rifle shooting like a Bolster Armouries ONYX, then the Bolster Armouries Premium AEG Spring is certainly a step in the right direction!

Description

M90

The M90 Bolster Armouries Premium AEG Spring delivers approximately 295 FPS on 0.2g BBs and is ideally suited to Airsoft AEGs intended for CQB, as the additional power is unnecessary at CQB ranges. Using a lower-strength spring will prolong the life of the AEG's internals and provide a greater rate of fire and improved trigger response.

M95

The M95 spring strength provides approximately 310 FPS using 0.2g BBs, ideal for platforms built for a mix of CQB and outdoor play. A great middle ground between an M100 and an M90, the M95 gives the techy types an extra tuning option to get the required performance.

M100

The Bolster Armouries Premium AEG M100 spring, also known as a 1 Joule spring, provides 328 FPS on a 0.2g BB.

When coupled with other upgrade parts, such as tightbore inner barrels, an M100 spring should see an AEG shooting at near enough 350 FPS. As such, we recommend this spring for 350 FPS field limits if you are likely to upgrade your inner barrel, or you have already.

M105

The M105 spring will provide approximately 344 FPS using 0.2g BBs, meaning you'll be right on site limits in a setup with good air seal qualities. If you're installing a tightbore barrel at the same time, you might exceed 350 FPS, so have your chronograph ready and consider grabbing an M100 just in case!

M110

With an M110 spring installed, you should expect 360 FPS on 0.2g BBs in an AEG with a good air seal. We do not advise installing this spring if you intend to skirmish with a fully automatic platform, as the likelihood is your replica’s FPS will be over the legal limits.

M150

An M150 spring should provide around 492 FPS with a 0.2g BB. This is the spring we advise for DSG setups, where you need to pick up the power in the spring rather than mass volume. It can also be used in DMR and Sniper setups, but it will likely exceed limits. Ensure you check before you skirmish!

Tuning Advice:

When balancing the tuning of your AEG to reach the absolute pinnacle of power, it is important not to forget "joule creep". This phenomenon happens when heavier BBs are used and can cause the AEG's muzzle energy to creep up more than expected.

When DMRs are chrono'd, most sites insist on chronoing with the BBs you are using and will be keeping an eye on you throughout the skirmish. This is important for keeping other players safe, so please ensure you have done your sums before putting together a DMR build to avoid disappointment!

Parts Fitting

Upgrades and Downgrades should only be undertaken by experienced players, or Airsoft Technicians. Please note, changing any internal parts of a weapon voids its warranty unless done in-house by our staff.

Please ensure that when fitting parts the part purchased is the correct part, as once a part has been fitted we cannot accept return.

We do know that players love to tinker, so we're here to give you help should you require it, and if needed you can get in touch with our workshop for more help!

Unique Parts

Please note that some parts may be unique to a specific brand of weapon. For example: Parts for an ASG M4A1 may not fit an ICS M4A1.

Parts from the same brand typically have a high chance of fitting, though be warned, some replicas use unique parts, so please ensure the part will fit before you attempt to fit it.

If you require help with fitting any parts feel free to get in touch with us via our Contact Us Page.
