That's right! The Cybergun SCAR-L is CHONKY, as a SCAR should be. The receiver is constructed entirely from polymer and has a huge presence over the rest of the gun, providing a unique and mean aesthetic. This SCAR-L Airsoft Gun is also decorated with Fully Licensed FN HERSTAL Trademarks, giving you that extra bit of authenticity...and making those Instagram shots all the more tasty. 

The front end features a classic SCAR-L Flash hider fitted to a 14mm CCW thread on the outer barrel, which you can remove and fit whatever suppressor, flash hider or muzzle device that your tactical heart desires. The gas block on the SCAR-L AEG is secured to the outer barrel and accommodates the flip up iron sight, which you can raise by pressing the small button on the left side of the gas block. 

Continuing on you've got the chunky handguard / upper receiver which features a 20mm Side rail, under rail and upper rail that goes right on to the rear of the run, covering the entire top half of the rifle for the ultimate Tactical Accessory ensemble. The upper receiver also has one of the best features about this Airsoft SCAR, the FN HERSTAL Trademarks! Which read as;

This Cybergun SCAR-L Airsoft Rifle features a classic GEAR style hop, which can be accessed by pulling back the charging handle and exposing the hop unit. 

The fire controls of the SCAR-L can be found on the left side of the lower receiver, with a selector switch offering 3 modes of fire; safe, semi-automatic and fully automatic. On the right side, we can find a mock selector, matching the form of the real SCAR-L but offering no function. The magazine release can be found on the right side of the magazine well, sitting well in reach of the shooter's trigger finger when in a firing position. Similarly to the fire selector lever, the magazine release on the left side is non-functional. 

 The rear of the gun features a foldable and retractable/extendable stock! Which you can adjust via the ramped hinge button on the left side of the stock. So when you feel like going from Mid Range urban engagements to CQ building combat right down to sticking it into your backpack and providing medical aid on your wounded friendlies, the Cybergun SCAR-L has every combat situation in mind, all while providing a reliable, dependable and lovely to look at platform.
