Description
Similarly to the L96 we all know and love, the PGM Mini-Hecate .338 is based around a single piece metal girder chassis, with all the components independently mounted to it, keeping the accuracy high, the weight low and giving it that no-frills skeletal appearance that is central to the majority of modern precision rifle designs. In the real world, the PGM .338 is used by Israeli special forces, Polish GROM and the Chilean Armed forces, amongst others, and like its smaller brother, the Ultima Ratio and its daddy, the PGM Hecate-II, it has been well received and is widely regarded to be amongst the most accurate sniper rifle platforms in the world today.
Starting at the muzzle we cannot help but find the large, aggressive muzzle brake featuring twin ports and finished in a matt Gunmetal grey, perfectly matching the outer barrel. This thing looks very intimidating, and even at this early stage in describing the rifle, I feel as though the PGM wants to hurt me. This rifle's focus on realism is made apparent when considering the muzzle brake attachment method, which avoids using Airsoft threading and instead attaches via two large Allen/Hex bolts, perfectly imitating the real PGM. Though it is a shame that this prevents the use of suppressors, this rifle is already super quiet, being a gas bolt action, and fires with a satisfying but muffled "pop". The 24-inch outer barrel features fluting over the majority of its length, reducing the weight whilst retaining high strength and rigidity. At no point does the outer barrel of the PGM come into contact with the chassis, making this a true free-floated barrel and improving accuracy by preventing the chassis from affecting the barrel's positioning and harmonics. Within the outer barrel is the massive 650mm inner barrel, providing exceptional accuracy being one of the longest inner barrels available on any Airsoft rifle, and ensuring you get the most from your gas power source.
As we reach the receiver, we find a long Picatinny rail across the top for mounting optical sights, which has 19 slots, providing enough room for even the longest scopes on the market. The small hole at the front of this rail conceals the TDC HOP unit adjustment screw, which can be set using a small Allen Key. The TDC design of the unit makes it one of the most effective HOP units on the market and an essential for a Sniper rifle, allowing direct adjustment with no additional unnecessary pieces to disrupt accuracy within the unit itself. Moving down from the Picatinny rail we find the monstrously large ejection port, sized to mimic the real world PGM and its .338 Lapua Magnum cartridge. With the bolt pulled to the rear the cavernous interior of the ejection port is visible, providing a sense of immersion and realism that only a gas bolt action sniper rifle can provide. The left side of the receiver features a large cut out which not only keeps the weight on the rifle to a minimum but allows for the folding stock to lock and sit flush with the receiver for transportation. The markings on the right side of the receiver read "E28210200087 CAL .338 LM" with "PGM .338" and "PGM PRECISION" cleanly engraved below. On the left side, the PGM logo is precisely engraved ;) with the word "PRECISION" beneath. At the rear of the receiver, we can find the enlarged bolt handle and bolt, which is easy to grab and doesn't interfere with any scope you may choose to mount. The bolt itself features a "cocked condition indicator" which will extend from the rear of the bolt when the rifle is cocked and ready to fire, helping you avoid double feeding this beast. The left side of the receiver is where we can find the bolt removal catch, which when pressed allows the bolt to slide free from the rear of the receiver for storage or maintenance. This can only be done with the stock in the folded position, likewise with reinstalling the bolt.
Now on to the Chassis, which features an integrated fully adjustable Bipod mounted to the front. The Bipod has steel legs, keeping it strong, and allows for tiling the rifle as well as raising and lowering the legs to ensure the rifle is deployed in a level and stable manner. In combination with the fully adjustable rear monopod, this setup provides an extremely stable shooting platform, minimizing the possibility of shooter error ruining that perfect shot. The bipod also features large feet with a pointed grove on the bottom, allowing you to dig this rifle in and reduce its movement. As we move rearwards we can find the fiber-reinforced polymer handguard, which wraps around the metal chassis and attaches via several Allen/Hex bolts. This provided a comfortable, angled surface for the shooter to grip when firing the rifle from a standing or kneeling position. The Chassis widens towards the rear to support the substantial receiver, and also to provide for the magazine well, which can be found in a realistic position, between the polymer handguard and trigger guard. The mag well is large, as one might expect for a replica of a .338 caliber rifle, and allows the 19 round gas magazine to be installed firmly. The magazine catch can be found on the trigger guard, taking the form of a knurled cylinder which must be pulled back using the trigger finger to insert and release the magazine. The trigger guard is enlarged to provide space for users who wear gloves, always handy unless you enjoy getting shot in the knuckles! The pistol grip is an AR15 ergonomic type, with texturing and finger grooves to ensure the shooter has control over the rifle in any weather condition. The safety can be found on the chassis just above the trigger guard and is of the "cross bolt" type. The safety can only be applied when the rifle is cocked and protrudes on the right side when in "safe", and the left side when in "fire" mode.
At the rear of the Chassis, we arrive at the folding adjustable stock, which can be folded to the left side of the rifle. The stock can be locked in place in the folded and deployed position using two separate metal catches, providing solid locking with no wobble. The catch to lock the stock in the open position can be found on the right side of the rifle, with the catch to lock the stock folded appears on the top of the stock, in front of the cheek riser. The stock is a tubular design and in keeping with the PGM .338's skeletal appearance. Despite its simplicity in form, the stock is packed with precision rifle features. The integrated cheekpiece can be raised and lowered using a knurled screw on the right side, with a helpful gauge to assist you in maintaining consistent settings on your stock, and thus a consistent cheek weld and eye position behind your optic. The folding rear monopod can be found on the bottom of the tubular stock and can be folded by pulling the locking collar towards the foot, releasing the locking mechanism. The monopod can be set in either the folded, unfolded or half folded positions and can be adjusted in length by rotating the knurled locking collar counterclockwise to lengthen. The length of pull can also be adjusted using an Allen screw found in front of the monopod, turning this clockwise will loosen the butt plate and allow it to be extended by 5cm and tightened back into place. The butt pad can be found where you would expect it, and is extremely large, featuring deep checkering to keep the rifle tightly in your shoulder, whether you are wearing a ghillie suit, a tactical vest, or a t-shirt. At the top of the butt pad, behind the cheek rest is an ambidextrous sling point, which can be moved to the left or right side of the rifle on the fly, requiring no tools or adjustment. The rifle's magazine has a steel shell and houses both the propellant and BBs. We recommend 0.3g and higher BBs for this rifle due to its powerful TDC HOP unit. The magazine is sized as it should be, for .338 Lapua Magnum, though since there are no cartridges inside, the large space can be used for gas, minimising cooldown and increasing gas efficiency.
Included with the Cyber Gun PGM .338 is an extremely high-quality hard rifle case, with four locking clasps, a solid and secure padlock hole, and a combination of pre-cut pick and pluck foam and eggshell foam padding. The material this case is made of feels bomb-proof and will ensure your beautiful rifle has somewhere safe and secure to live. There is even space inside for a scope which is essential to take advantage of this monster rifle's long inner barrel and fine adjustable HOP!
The Cyber Gun PGM .338 is a true collector's piece, with perfectly accurate features throughout making it close to indistinguishable from the real deal. The combination of high-quality materials, full realistic functionality, and quiet, accurate performance makes the PGM a high-end Sniper rifle for those with refined tastes; for those who understand there is more to the sport, hobby, and experience of Airsoft than sprinting around getting shot repeatedly!

Special Instructions
These rifles may arrive with small marks on them from the testing process. Unfortunately due to the design of the rifle this is unavoidable. Please take this into consideration before purchasing.
The bolt of the Cyber Gun PGM cannot be returned to battery with the magazine inserted with no BBs inside, this prevents the rifle from dry-firing and is an intentional design feature.
The bolt arrives uninstalled, in order to install it you must fold the stock and hold the bolt removal catch down, after which the bolt should slide in.
