CYMA Modular KeyMod Railed Handguard for AK47/74 AEG - Long

The CYMA Modular KeyMod handguard is designed for AK47 and AK74 style AEG rifles and replaces your original handguards with an aluminium KeyMod set, including KeyMod rail sections and a two-part handguard extension piece. KeyMod attachment slots are present at the 3, 6 and 9 o'clock positions on both the handguards and the extension piece, allowing you to position the included Picatinny rail sections wherever you need them, add KeyMod specific accessories, or remove the rails entirely for a slick, lightweight setup. 

The handguard extension piece attaches to the handguards via a long KeyMod 20mm rail at the 6 o'clock position. Both the upper handguard and the upper part of the handguard extension feature a 20mm Picatinny rail machined into its upper surface, ideally positioned to mount a red dot sight for fast target acquisition. Included with the set are 5 KeyMod 20mm Picatinny rails; a single long lower rail, two 14.5cm rails and two 4.5cm rails. 

This handguard can be configured in several different ways, making it highly likely that whatever your AK build objective this handguard will do the job. If you prefer to keep your AK close to the standard look, the handguards can be separated from the extension by removing the lower rail which will give your AK some extra modularity without breaking from its recognisable silhouette. If you require even more weight reduction and already have an optical sight mounted you can also remove the upper handguard and run just the lower handguard with all of its KeyMod goodness. If you want more space to add accessories or you use a modern "c-clamp" grip, the handguard extension provides an extra 8.5cm of usable space for any additional bits you require and lets you use a comfortable, modern shooting style. The handguard extension can also be separated from its upper handguard, allowing it to be removed to save weight when not in use. 

Whether you opt to use the handguard extension or not, this rail looks fantastic when installed on an AK rifle, giving it a modernised classic look and perfectly suiting a PMC loadout.
