Running an AR-36 and want to use the receiver sling point? Add the Universal Sling Adapter and you're ready to rock! Likewise, SMG-5 and SMG-7/MP7 sling points are a tad on the small side for standard "HK hook" type slings; with the Universal Sling Adapter, you get your primary slung with ease.
